أثر الإستثمار الاجنبي على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي بالسودان ( 2000- 2014م )

Abstract

مستخلص تناول البحث اثر الإستثمار الاجنبي المباشر على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للفترة من (2000- 2014م ) , حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في ما مدى تأثير الاستثمار الاجنبي في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وما هي المشاكل والمعوقات التي تعوق إنسياب الإستثمارات الأجنبية . وهدف البحث إلى معرفة مدى تأثير الإستثمار الاجنبي ومدى معرفة إنعكاسات الإستثمارات الأجنبية على الإستقرار الإقتصادي . أفترض البحث أن الإستثمار الأجنبي له أثر إيجابي على مستويات الناتج المحلي الإجمالي , وهناك علاقة طردية بين مناخ الإستثمار وتدفقات الإستثمارات الأجنبية , أنتهج البحث المنهج التاريخي ومن ثم الوصفي والتحليلي, وتوصل البحث إلى أن الاستثمار الأجنبي أثر أيجاباً على مستويات الناتج المحلي وكثرة القوانين والتشريعات وضعف البنية التحتية ادت إلى هروب رؤؤس الاموال من البلاد , ويوصي البحث إلى ضرورة الإهتمام بالتخطيط السليم للمشروعات الإستثمارية وإزالة القيود المعوقة لأنسياب الإستثمار الاجنبي بالأضافة إلى خفض معدل ضريبة القيمة المضافة وذلك للمساهمة على جذب إستثمارات أجنبية اخرى والعمل على خلق بيئة تساعد على جذب الأستثمار الاجنبي بالبلاد . This researcher aimed to study the direct impact of the foreign investment on the gross domestic product.

This researcher is also trying to find out about the effects of foreign investment on the gross domestic product. And it also looks for the problems that interrupt the flow of the foreign investment the research aimed to investigate the degree of the foreign investment and it's advantages for the economic stability.

This researcher assumes that

The research assumes that the foreign investment has a positive effect on the gross domestic product and there is a positive relationship between the investment climate and the flow of the foreign investments.

The researcher followed a variety of methods, such as:

The Historical Method, The Descriptive Method and The Analytical Method. This researcher contains three chapters, an introduction and conclusion. The conclusion shows the results and the recommendation of the research. What is found is that: the foreign investment has a positive effect on all the levels of the gross domestic product. And there are problems like, too many laws and legislations. And the lack of good infrastructure caused the foreign capitals not to be attracted.

The researcher recommends that- there should be good planning the investmental projects.

- The foreign investment should be set tree from all of the kinds of restraints which obstruct it.
