Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة تناولت الدراسة موضوع القيم الاجتماعية ودورها علي اتجاهات الأفراد نحو الصحة والمرض علي مجتمع جزيرة توتي بالخرطوم. هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن القيم الاجتماعية ودورها علي الاتجاهات نحو المرض, تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أنه على الرغم من انتشار التعليم إلا أنه لا يمنع من اختيار اتجاه للعلاج مغاير للناحية العلمية أو العقلية. أو اعتماد اتجاه مغاير وقيم المجتمع ,في مجتمع تسود فيه كثير من العادات الاجتماعية والمعتقدات والتقاليد والقيم, المزج بين العلاج الحديث والعلاج الشعبي في مجتمع متحضر هل هو عدم اعتراف بالعلاج الحديث أم امتثال لقيم ومعتقدات قديمة، وما دور التنشئة الأسرية في اكتساب سلوك صحي معين, ولأي مدي تؤثر الظروف الاقتصادية في الحالة الصحية من حيث الوقاية والعلاج. اعتمد الباحث علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. استخدم الباحث مجموعة من الأدوات لجمع البيانات منها الاستبيان ثم تحليل البيانات التي توجد فيه بواسطة التحليل SPSS . خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها أن القيم الاجتماعية لها دوره في الصحة والمرض، العوامل الاجتماعية المتمثلة في الأسرة والنوع والبيئة الاجتماعية تؤثر في اتجاهات الأفراد كما أن عوامل التعليم والظروف الاقتصادية والثقافة الصحية تساهم في تحديد اتجاهات الأفراد نحو العلاج. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المفاضلة بين اتجاهين أو أكثر تحسمه القيم والمعتقدات الاجتماعية والثقافية. للعلاج الشعبي وجود لا يمكن أن نتجاوزه لاعتبارات كثيرة يجب الأخذ بها. ومن خلال النتائج خلص البحث إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: التعامل مع المرض من منظور اجتماعي ثقافي، الاهتمام بالأسرة لدورها للقيام بتنشئة اجتماعية سليمة، الاهتمام بالجانب الإرشادي التوعوي والتثقيفي من خلال تكثيف البرامج الإرشادية الصحية مع مراعاة الفروق التعليمية والعمرية بين الأفراد، إعادة توزيع الخدمات الصحية وتعريف المجتمع بأماكن المؤسسات الصحية وتسهيل إجراءات العلاج، إقامة الأبحاث في العلاج الشعبي وأساليبه وعدم إهماله أيضاً التعريف بمميزاته وبمخاطره حتى يستطيع الفرد معرفة اختيارات اتجاهاته. Abstract The study dealt with the subject of social values and its role on the attitudes of individuals towards health and disease on the community of the island of Toti in Khartoum. The study aimed to reveal the role of social values and attitudes towards the treatment, the study represented a problem that despite the spread of education, but it does not prevent the choice of direction for the treatment of different scientific terms or mental. Or adopt a different direction and values of the society, in a society where many of the social customs, beliefs, traditions and values prevail, blending modern and popular treatment in a civilized society treatment Is it a lack of recognition of modern or comply with the values of ancient beliefs of treatment, and the role of socialization in the acquisition of a particular health behavior, And to what extent economic conditions affect the health situation in terms of prevention and treatment. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach. The researcher used a set of tools to collect data from the questionnaire and then analyze the data in it by SPSS analysis. The study concluded that the results of several of which social values its role in health and disease, social factors of family, gender and social environment affect the attitudes of individuals and the factors of education and economic conditions of health and culture contribute to the identification of individuals' attitudes towards treatment. The study also concluded that the differentiation between two or more directions is determined by social and cultural values and beliefs. For folk therapy there is no way to go beyond it for many considerations that must be taken.

Through the results research concluded several recommendations including: dealing with the disease from the socio-cultural perspective, attention to the family for the role of the social upbringing of sound, the attention to the extension of awareness and educational through extension programs to health intensify, taking into account the educational and age differences between individuals, re-distribution of health services and the definition of The community in the places of health institutions and facilitate the treatment procedures, the establishment of research in folk medicine and methods and not neglecting also to identify the advantages and risks so that the individual can know the choices of directions.
