Abstract

المستخلص نظام الأرشفة الإلكترونية لسجلات المرضى يهدف الى ترتيب هذة الملفات داخل آلية إلكترونيه يجعلها أكثر تنظيما ودقة مما يزيد من سرعة البحث وكسب الوقت ومما يسهل على الطبيب معرفة المرض السابق للمريض ومتابعته وزيادة الكفاءة من حيث توفر المعلومات وعرض كل البيانات للمرضي وإستخراج تقاريرهم وإمكانية الإستعلام عنهم وبذلك توفر الجهد والوقت . تعد السجلات الطبية أو ما نسميه بملف المريض أحد النقاط المحورية التي تعتمد عليها عملية تقديم الرعاية الصحية داخل المستشفيات وبين مختلف أنواع المؤسسات الطبية. تنبع أهمية تلك السجلات من أهمية دورها في حفظ كافة معلومات المريض من بيانات رئيسية وطبية شاملة لكل ما تم إجراؤه من فحوصات وتشخيصات وعلاج وتقارير متابعة وقرارات طبية هامة وحفظها لعقود طويلة من الزمن . المنهجية المتبعة هى أسلوب البرمجة الكائنية وتم التحليل بواسطة لغة النمزجه الموحدة Uml و تم إستخدام تقنية adf oracle لبناء المشروع . من أهم النتائج أن النظام الإلكترونى يعمل على زيادة الكفاءة وتوفر معلومات المرضى وإسترجاعها وحفظها لأطول مدة من الزمن مما يؤدى الى تقليل التكلفة والجهد المبذول . من أهم التوصيات أن يتم بناء نظام إلكترونى متكامل لسجلات المرضى فى جميع المستشفيات مما يدفع من قيمة الخدمات الصحية . أن يتم تطبيق النظام الإلكترونى لسجلات المرضى والوصول اليه بإستخدام الموبايل .

ABSTRACT The electronic archiving system for patient records aims to arrange these files within an electronic mechanism that makes them more structured and accurate, increasing the speed of search and earning time and making it easier for the doctor to know the patient's previous illness and its follow-up and increased efficiency in terms of providing information, displaying all data to patients, extracting their reports and being able to inquire about them, thereby saving time and effort. Medical records or what we call a patient's file is one of the focal points on which the health care delivery process is based in hospitals and between different types of medical institutions. The importance of these records stems from the importance of their role in keeping all patient information from all the main and medical data to all that has been the conduct of examinations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-up reports and important medical decisions and their preservation for long decades. Methodology used is the method of programming and analysis by the standardized language. The UML and Oracle ADF technology was used to build the project. One of the most important results is that the e-system increases efficiency and provides patient information, retrieval and archiving for the longest period of time, thereby reducing the cost and effort. One of the most important recommendations is that an integrated electronic system of patient records be built in all hospitals, thus paying off the value of health services. The electronic patient records and access system is implemented using the mobile phone.
