إرشاد الناسك إلى المناسك من أول الكتاب إلى طواف الإفاضة تأليف العلامة الشيخ عبد الكريم بن محمد بن سليمان الشافعي الأشعري( المتوفى1426هـ) : دراسة وتحقيق

Abstract

المستخلص هذه الرسالة هي دراسة وتحقيق كتاب ( إرشاد الناسك إلى المناسك ) من أول الكتاب إلى طواف الإفاضة، للعلامة الشيخ عبد الكريم المدرس الشافعي الأشعري ( ت 2005م 1426 هـ) ، وتكمن أهمية هذه الرسالة في الأمور الآتية: (1) إن كتاب [إرشاد الناسك إلى المناسك ] للعلامة المدرس، حوى كثيراً من المسائل الفقهية، والقواعد، والضوابط والفروق، والإستثناءات وغيرها من الفنون. (2) أهمية الكتاب وصلته المباشرة بموضوع الحج والعمرة ، الذي يعد من أركان الإسلام وشعائره المهمة ، إضافة إلى اتصال هذا الموضوع بحياة الناس اتصالاً مباشراً. (3) المساهمة في تحقيق التراث الإسلامي الخالد ، خاصة أن هذا الكتاب لا يزال مخطوطاً لم يطبع ولم يحقق من قبل ، وغير ذلك من الأسباب الشخصية والعلمية ، وفي مقدمتها الوفاء لشيخ شيوخنا العلامة المؤلف عبد الكريم المدرس ، رحمه الله . (4) يصلح هذا الكتاب أن يكون كتاباً منهجياً في المدارس كونهذاالموضوع يتعلق بجزء حيوي من حياتنا وكيف لاوهو ركن من أركان الإسلام فحري بالإهتمام من أي موضوع آخر. وتهدف هذه الدراسة من وراء تحقيق ودراسة مخطوط "ارشاد الناسك إلى المناسك " على ما هو متبع علميًا في الدراسات التحقيقية إلى ما يأتي: (1) توضيح أحكام الحج على مذهب الإمام الشافعي ( ت 204 هـ ) ، وبيان الرأي الأسهل من الرأي الأشد ، ليكون الحاج مخيراً في أمره ، فيأخذ بأيهما شاء . (2) إظهار جهد العلامة المدرس رحمه اللَّه في بيان أحكام الحج وعلى سعة إطلاعه على روايات المذهب ومعرفة راجحها ومرجوحها ومطلقها ومقيدها من جهة أخرى. وتتكون هذه الرسالة من قسمين: قسم الدراسة وقسم التحقيق. يتضمن القسم الأول فصلين، خصصت الفصل الأول لدراسة حياة المؤلف وثقافته وذكر شيوخه وتلاميذه ومؤلفاته وآثاره. أما الفصل الثاني يتضمن دراسة الكتاب ( إرشاد الناسك إلى المناسك) ومنهج الشيخ المدرس في تأليفه، ومنهجي في التحقيق والنسخة المخطوطة و وصفها. وفي قسم التحقيق، قمت بتحقيق هذه المخطوطة ( إرشاد الناسك إلى المناسك) من أول الكتاب الى طواف الإفاضة تحقيقاَ علمياً. وفي النهاية تأتى الخاتمة، وفيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها خلال البحث منها: 1- توضيحمذهبالشافعيةومذهبغيرهمفيأحكامالحجليفسحالمجالأمامالحاجكييقلدالمذهبالذييراهأسهلله،وينجومنالقلقوالإحراج . 2- كشفت هذه الدراسة على عمق الفقه الإسلامي وتطوره ومرونته وصلاحيته لكل عصر ومصر . 3- يمكنإعتمادالكتابدليلاًللحجاجفيزماننابعدطباعتهوإجراءبعضالتعديلاتعليه،ليكونمناسباًللعصروتطوراته . وألحقت بالرسالة فهارس علمية، يعين الطالب ويسهل الإستفادة من الرسالة. Abstract The thesis is a study and an authentication for the book, guiding the worshiper to the rituals" from the beginning of the book until the section about "circling around the holly mosque after the onrush from Arafat". By the well versed sheikh "Abdelkareem Almodaris " who was a "shafie" and "Ashorie" and died in (2005-1426). The significance of the study is as follows: 1- The book contained many jurisprudence rules, limitations, differences, exceptions and many other issues. 2- The importance of the book and its direct linkage with pilgrimage and "Umrah" which is one of the pillars of Islam and one of its important practices. 3- Pay attention to the heritage of Muslim scholars in general and the heritage of kurd scholars in particular and to introduce it, because it is one of the blessings of the knowledge to attribute it to those who wrote it. In line with what is traditionally followed in authenticating books: the study and the authentication of the book "guiding the worshiper to the rituals" aimed at achieving the following objectives:- 1- Making the rules of pilgrimage clear according to the doctrine of "Imam Alshafi " and to explain both the easier and the tougher choices from among the opinions so that the pilgrim can pick . 2-the book illustrates the contributions of the Iraqi scholars in general and the scholars from Kurdistan in particular in the scientific life of the Islamic world. 3- The book can be adopted as a manual for pilgrims of today after it is published and modified in a way that responds to the developments through the time 4- Showing the great efforts exerted by sheikh " Almodaris " and his vast knowledge about the doctrine : the most probable , the lest , the absolute and the restricted. The first division includes two chapters: the first one was allocated to study the life of the author, his culture, his sheikhs, pupils, books and legacy. The second chapter includes studying the book and the methodology adopted by sheikh "Almodaris" in writing it, my methodology in authenticating it, and a description for the script in the division of authentication: I authenticated in scientific way: the script " Guiding the worshiper to rituals " from The beginning of the book to the part about " Twaf Alifada " or the circling around the holly mosque after the out rush from" Arafat". At the end there is a conclusion which includes the most important findings, and scientific indexes to assist the students and facilitate utilization of the study
