نظام تسجيل الكتروني اّمن (بالتطبيق على جامعة الزعيم الأزهري)

Abstract

المستخلص أصبحت الدول المتقدمة تهتم بسرية المعلومات في المرافق الحكومية وأولتها أهمية كبيرة نسبة لما تشير لها من الخصوصية ومنها الجامعات الحكومية، ونسبة لقلة الأ نظمة الآمنة وبالتحديد أنظمة التسجيل الالكتروني بحيث يعتمد نظام التسجيل الاكتروني الآمن على تنفيذ مبدأ السرية والحماية لبيانات الطالبوهو المشكلة الرئيسيهفي نظام التسجيل بجامعة الزعيم الأزهريمما يؤدي الي عدم سرية بيانات الطالب وصعوبة الحصول على تقارير سريعةلذلك تم تصميم نظام تسجيل الكتروني آمن لتنفيذ مبدأ السرية وذلك عبر تشفير بيانات الطالب الأساسية بأستخدام خوارزمية التشفير (AES). ويقوم النظام بأداء عدد من العمليات منها حماية سجلات الطلاب ،وتسجيل الطلاب الكترونيا ومتابعة مستخدمي النظام من تلكالبيانات بصورة واضحة وبسيطة،إعداد التقارير وأستخراجها بسهولة،حيث يعتبر حل للمشاكل السابقة . الادوات المستخدمة في المشروع كانت SQL SERVER&VISUAL STUDIO& C#.

Abstract The developed country made it very important to keep the information in the government very secret and gave it a very important role because of secrecy For example the government university and because of the less safe system ,especially in electronic recording systems ,a safe electronic system was completed in alzaemalazhariuniversity in a sample way to carry out the secrecy And prevention of the student information by using Encryption algorithm (AES) . and the system carry out the next operation: The protection of student records and Recording student electronically and following up of system user like: Registrar , Academic supervisor , Accountant and Deans .Also The process of updating deleting , adding permission for the user of the system becomes easy for the system manger and Accuracy in the work and the possibilities of recalling the stored information specially for graduated Student becomes easy in any time .Also the easy preparation of report recalling and the important tools which isused in the project was SQL Server &VISUAL STUDIO& C#.
