بناء وتنمية المجموعات في المكتبات المتخصصة دراسة حالة مكتبة مركز البحوث والإستشارات الصناعية

Abstract

المستخلص جمهورية السودان وزراة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي جامعة النيلن – كلية الدراسات العيا كلية الآداب- قسم المكتبات والمعلومات عنوان البحث: بناء وتنمية المجموعات في المكتبات المتخصصة ( دراسة حالة مكتبة مركز البحوث والإستشارات الصناعية) إعداد الطالبة: اشتياق احمد عبدالله عمر المشرف: د. مها عمر إبراهيم خميس الدرجة العلمية: ماجستير العام: 2022 عدد الصفحات: 103 تهدف الدراسة إلي التعرف علي سياسة تنمية المجموعات المتبعة في مكتبة مركز البحوث والإستشارات الصناعية وهدفت أيضاً إلي التعرف علي مجموعات المكتبة ومدي تغطيتها لإحتياجات المستفيدين كما هدفت إلي التعرف علي سياسة الإختيار المتبعة في المكتبة بالإضافة إلي التعرف علي المصادر المختلفة لتزويد المكتبة. إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة الحالة كما إستخدمت الباحثة أدوات الملاحظة والمقابلة الشخصية والإستبانة لتجميع البيانات والمعلومات. ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المستفيدين من مكتبة مركز البحوث والإستشارات الصناعية، وتم إعداد استمارة الاستبانة. وزعت علي عينة من المستفيدين وعددهم (50) مستفيدا،استرجع منها (45) بنسبة (90%) وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS).

تكونت الدراسة من اربعة فصول وذلك كما يلي:- • الفصل الاول: مقدمة الدراسة ومنهجيتها • الفصل الثاني: المكتبات المتخصصة • الفصل الثالث: تنمية المجموعات المكتبية • الفصل الرابع: الدراسة التطبيقية تنمية المجموعات بمكتبة مركز البحوث والإستشارات الصناعية • الخاتمة : النتائج والتوصيات • قائمة المصادر والمراجع • الملاحق من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أنه لا توجد سياسة مكتوبة ومتبعة لتنمية مجموعات مكتبة مركز البحوث والإستشارات الصناعية، توفر المكتبة جميع أنواع مصادر المعلومات، يشارك العاملين في المركز في إختيار مجموعات المكتبة و لاتوجد ميزانية منفصلة ومخصصة للمكتبة. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تخصيص ميزانية منفصلة للمكتبة وضرورة وجود سياسة مكتوبة لتنمية مجموعات المكتبة كما أوصت علي حتمية مواكبة المكتبة مع نظيراتها العالمية للامداد بالكتب والمراجع الجديدة.

Abstract: Republic of Sudan Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research AI Neelain University – College of Graduate Studies. Faculty of Arts – Department of Libraries and Information Research Title: Building and Developing Collections in Specialized Libraries (Case Study of Library of Industrial Research and Consultancy Centre IRCC). Prepared by the student: Ishtiag Ahmed Abd alla Omar Supervisor: Dr. Maha Omar Ibrahim Khamis Professional degree: Masters Degree Year: 2022 Pages: 103 The study investigated the reality of the process of developing of collections of the specialized library and aimed to identify the collection development policy used in the library and the library's collections and the extent to which they cover the needs of the clientele. The researcher used the descriptive and the case study approaches. The observation, personal interview, and questionnaire tools were used to collect data and information. The study population consists of the beneficiaries of the Industrial Research and Consultation Center library, and a questionnaire was prepared. It was distributed to a sample of (50) beneficiaries, of which (45) were recovered by (90%) and the data was analyzed using the statistical analysis program (SPSS). The study consisted of four chapters, as follows: • Chapter one: Introduction and methodology of the study • Chapter Two: Specialized Libraries • Chapter Three: Development of Library Groups • Chapter Four: Applied Study Group Development in the Library of the Industrial Research and Consultation Center • Conclusion: results and recommendations • List of sources and references • Supplements The study found that, there is no written and followed policy for the development of the library’s collections, the library provides all forms of specialized information sources, the center’s workers participate in the selection of library collections, and there is no separate budget allocated to the library. The study recommended that, the necessity of allocating a separate budget to the library and establishes a written policy for the development of the library's collections. It also recommended the necessity of keeping updating and upgrading with its international counterparts to supply new books and references.
