واقع استخدام الوسائل التعليمية بالمدارس الثانوية العربية في تشاد كما يدركها المعلمون

Abstract

المُسْتخلص تناول هذا البحث (واقع استخدام الوسائل التعليمية في المدارس الثانوية العربية في تشاد) حيث تمثلت الأهداف في الوقوف على مدى توفرالوسائل التعليمية بالمدارس الثانوية العربية في مدينة أنجمينا،التعرف على مدى إلمام معلم المرحلة الثانوية العربية بالوسائل التعليمية،الوقوف على المشكلات التي تحول دون استخدام المعلم للوسائل التعليمية،اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،باستخدام الإستبانة لجمع البيانات من أفرادعينة البحث في الدائرة الأولى والثانية بالعاصمة أنجمينا ،حيث وقع الاختيار على(110) معلم ومعلمه بطريقة عشوائية،وباستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) لتحليل البيانات والذي على ضوئه توصل الباحث الى عدد من النتائج منها:المدارس الثانوية العربية في أنجمينا تفتقر الى أهم الوسائل التعليمية الضرورية ،أن المعلم له معرفة ودراية بأهمية استخدام الوسائل التعليمية في التدريس ،هناك مشكلات تحول دون توفر الوسائل التعليمية في المدارس الثانوية العربية. ومن خلال النتائج خرج الباحث بالتوصيات التالية:- 1. على إدارات االمدارس الثانوية العربية في تشاد مطالبة الجهات المعنية بالتعليم لتوفير الوسائل التعليمية . 2. على إدارات المدارس الثانوية العربية توفير بعض الوسائل التعليمية وذلك من العائدات المالية التي تحصل عليها من تسجيل الطلاب. 3. إعداد دورات تدريبية مكثفة في إنتاج واستخدام الوسائل التعليمية في االمدارس الثانوية العربية في تشاد. Abstract

This study investigates (The Reality of Using Teaching Materials in Arab secondary Schools in Chad), the objectives of this study are: to what extent do teaching materials are available in the Arab secondary schools in N'Djamena city, and to find out to what extent do secondary schools teachers know teaching materials, to identify the problems that prevent teachers from using teaching materials. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical method, using the questionnaire to collect data from the sample of population in both first and second department in N'Djamena, the capital of Chad. One hundred and ten (110) male and female teachers were randomly selected, using the statistical package for social sciences (spss) for data analysis, in the light of this analysis, the researcher concluded the following results: There is a lack of the most important and necessary teaching materials in Arab secondary schools in N'Djamena, teachers have a good knowledge about the importance of using teaching materials in teaching process, there are problems that prevent the availability of teaching materials in Arab secondary schools. On the bases of the results mentioned above, the researcher recommends that: 1. The administrations of the Arab secondary schools in Chad should require the concerned authorities to provide teaching materials. 2. The administrations of Arab secondary schools should provide some of teaching materials, making use of the financial revenues obtained from students registration. 3. Intensive training courses in the production and use of teaching materials should be held in Arab secondary schools in Chad.
