The system works to provide them with the required quantities, the cost of storage and participation in reducing the size of the capital invested in the inventory assets to the minimum possible, taking into account that the stock does not fall below the appropriate requirements of the establishment. Therefore, participate in improving the return on investment in this area, Items through the use of an accurate system to receive the items, storage and dispensing. The problem lies in the large number of errors in the use of the manual system and the recording of books (the certificate card, Ornik 12) and other documents important for recording and disbursement of items, as well as slow in the process of extraction of reports, and also the weakness of the security and confidentiality of information and exposure to leakage in the absence of powers to manage the system, The increase or decrease of inventory over the appropriate limits and delays in deliveries and shipments, as well as the inability to update and develop. The solution was solved by designing an integrated system for managing the operations of the drug stores. It is easy and quick to extract the information. It is possible to perform various operations such as adding, modifying, deleting, inventory balances, reducing file inflation, and specifying the powers of the system users. The importance of this system in providing data on the items (their assets and prices), keeping the assets and items in their condition and quality, ensuring the needs of hospitals and health centers, ensuring that the stock is not below the appropriate level. And effort. The methodology used is system analysis and design methodology through UML, inter-entity relations models, data flow charts, and development through the Oracle Database 10g database. The most important results of this research were that graphical interfaces were designed to enable the storekeeper to manage the various store operations (addition, deletion, modification, presentation). Data were provided on the items, their quantities and their balances. It was concluded that the use of the modern system improves the operations in the store and provides more accurate results through the use of modern database techniques. The study recommends the continuous development of the system and its conversion to use as an application on Android. The integration of the system with the other existing systems, linking the system to modern network systems, makes the system more accessible and useful, as well as rehabilitating and training the personnel working in the field of stores.
