دور المنظمات الطوعية في التنمية الاجتماعية الاقتصادية (دراسة ميدانية لمعسكر كساب للنازحين بولاية شمال دارفور- محلية كتم)

Abstract

مستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور المنظمات الطوعية في التنمية الاجتماعية الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية معسكر كساب للنازحين محلية كتم ولاية شمال دارفور, وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة لمعرفة أدوار المنظمات الطوعية التي تقدم مساعدات إنسانية وخدمات طوعية ذات أبعاد تنموية سواء كانت اجتماعية أو اقتصادية في معسكر كساب, وهدفت الدراسة بالتعرف على آليات وبرامج المنظمات الطوعية والعمل الطوعي ومعوقاتها بصور عامة, وحاولت الدراسة الإجابة على التساؤلات الآتية, ما هي مجهودات المنظمات الطوعية في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية؟ هل للمنظمات الطوعية العاملة في المعسكر أبعاد أخرى غير العمل الطوعي؟ ما هي معوقات العمل الطوعي ومصادر تمويل المنظمات الطوعية؟ واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والمقارنة كمناهج رئيسية للدراسة, كما تم الاعتماد على المقابلة والملاحظة واستمارة بالإضافة إلي الدراسات السابقة والتقارير الرسمية والغير الرسمية كأدوات لجمع المعلومات, واستخدمت الدراسة عينة عشوائية منتظمة وحجمها 50 عنصر من أفراد المعسكر, واستعانت الدراسة بعدد من النظريات الاجتماعية كمداخل فكرية توجه مسار التحليل والتوضيح فالنظريات ضُمنت نظرية الدور, النظرية البنائية الوظيفية, نظرية الصراع, وخُلصت الدراسة بعديد من النتائج والتوصيات وابرز نتائجها, للمنظمات الطوعية أدوار بارزة في تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية, تمثلت مساعداتهم بمعسكر كساب في مجال الصحة, التعليم, المياه, والمشاريع الإنتاجية, والدورات التدريبية, وخلصت الدراسة أيضا بالتوصيات وأهمها على المنظمات الطوعية تكثيف خدماتهم ومساعداتهم الإنسانية في الاحتياجات الأساسية كالصحة والتعليم والمياه والمشروعات الإنتاجية والبرامج التدريبية, ضرورة المنظمات الطوعية على تمكين وتدريب النازحين في المشاريع الإنتاجية بدلاً من تقديم مساعدات إنسانية مباشرة لهم.

Abstract The study examined the role of voluntary organizations in social and economic development. A field study in Kassab camp for internally displaced people, Kutum, North Darfur state. The study problem enables to know the roles of voluntary organizations that provide humanitarian assistance and voluntary services with development dimensions, whether social or economic in Kassab camp. The study aimed to identify mechanisms the programs of voluntary organizations, voluntary work and their obstacles in general terms. The study tried to answer the following questions. What are the efforts of voluntary organizations in social and economic development? Do voluntary organizations working in the camp have dimensions other than voluntary work? What are the expectations for voluntary work and the sources of funding for voluntary organizations? The study relied on the descriptive, analytical and comparative approach as the main curricula of the study, as well as the interview, observation and form were added in addition to the master's and doctor's theses and official and unofficial reports as tools for gathering information, and the study used many social theories as intellectual approaches that guide the path of analysis and clarification. Theories included role theory, Marxist theory Functional constructivism theory, conflict theory, and the study was concluded with many results and recommendations and its most prominent results. Voluntary organizations have prominent roles in providing humanitarian aid, their assistance represented in Kassab camp in the field of For health, education, water, production projects, and training courses, the study also concluded with recommendations and the most important recommendations, organizations should intensify their humanitarian services and assistance in basic needs such as health, education, water, production projects and training programs, and organizations strive to enable and train the displaced in productive projects instead of providing humanitarian assistance Directly to them.
