Abstract

Abstract The study about Alzaidab agricultural project in the Nile river state to wad suggested model for treatment of the future of development of the rural so cities in the Sudan (Alzaidab Agricultural project case). The study aimed at Applying agricultural reform model for treatment of the product of Alzaidab project which affected the social and economical life of the project. The study put two questions: is the distribution of the agricultural and by the civil administration (Vmad and Masheeikhs) affected on the decrease of the project now? ls it possible that Appling of agricultural reform will improve the production the study concluded that the possession of the agriculture an by the civil administration since the establish of the project has negative effect on the project particular the last near. Also the stud concluded that the distribution of the possession of agricultural land to some farmers has contributed in dedication of the lazy ress and not concern about agriculture ‘besides stopping Cotton affect the economic situation of the farmer which reflected on his social prestige in his society. The stud recommended to apply the agriculture reform to treatment the possession of agricultural land by some farmers, and the authorities should reform the agricultural land near the project anddistributed on the farmers, and the administration and authorities provide all the requirement, for successment of agriculture at the project. The study recommended to fight negative believes about the agriculture that affect on the production of Alzaidab agricultural project.
