| dc.description.abstract | Abstract This project deals with the handover & blocking probability minimization in mobile communication system. In this research a new algorithm was proposed for channel Assignment. This proposed algorithm is a smart one, which uses Smart Channel Assignment (SCA) and it utilizes the information from the MCS regarding the traffic load. If the load is very high the algorithm increases the common channels and if the traffic load decreases the algorithm reduces the common channels within the cluster. The algorithm was tested using MATLAB program. The simulation model was built based on a geographical and call generation model. The simulation result shows a good performance of the Smart Channel Assignment (SCA) algorithm. المستــــــــــــــخلـــــــــص هذا البحث يهدف الى تقليل إحتمالات فشل المحادثه بالهاتف الجوال فى نظام الإتصالات. فى هذا البحث تم إقتراح خوارزميه جديده لتحديد القنوات. هذه الخوارزميه المقترحه هى عباره عن نظام ذكي ويعمل على الإستفاده من المعلومات المتعلقه بحمل الشبكه من المقسم الرئيسى لشبكة الهاتف الجوال(MCS) . إذا كان حمل الشبكه عالى جدا فإن الخوارزميه تعمل على زيادة عدد القنوات المشتركه وإذا قل الحمل فإن الخوارزميه تعمل على تقليل عدد القنوات المشتركه فى حزمة الخلايا. تم إختبار الخوارزميه بإستخدام برنامج الماتلاب ولتحقيق هذا الغرض لقد تم بناء نموذج محاكاه إعتمادا على النموذج الجغرافى ونموذج توليد المكالمات. ولقد دلت نتائج برنامج المحاكاه على الأداء الجيد للخوارزمية الذكية مقارنة بخوارزمية الهجين والخوارزميه الثابته. | en_US |
