Abstract

Sudan consists of two regions which contains many cultures, tribes, ethnicities, religions and languages so every one of the two regions have its own culture which weakened its communication with the other one the national governments did not gave considerable attention to this point. Positively ,the interaction and communication between people in the two regions will play a fundamental role in solving this problem and will lead two constant peace between people in both North and South of Sudan . And will build a solid wall against the foreign interferences. When British colonized Sudan they administrate the North and South separately, the South was held to be more linked and similar to east and middle African countries, while North Sudan was more similar to Arabic- speaking countries. So the differences in cultures, religions, and language were exploited by British administration to transplant the long and significant conflict between the two regions. The first period of peace had been achieved in 1972 and continued till 1983 according to Addis Ababa agreement between North and South. After millions were killed and displaced as a result of the civil war. In 1983 Nimeiry signed a decision dividing South to three states which had been refused by most of Southerners and agitate the conflict for the second time. In the period of the Salvation regime many meetings had been arranged with S.P.L.A out and inside Sudan to sign finally C.P.A. C.P.A had been followed by signing the agreement of peace from inside.
