Abstract

Abstract This study is about the socio-economic role of woman employment in the higher education institution. It investigated in-depth the extent at which a working woman contributes in socio — economic aspects of the family of achieve community stability. It also carried and a systematic inquiry into socio and economic factors that contribute in the efficiency in the of a woman in her work in particular and her participation in the sunounding community in general. Further more this study elaborated in its theoretical framework, the position of the woman and her socio — economic role in the traditional communities in the Sudan. This study is a case study. The research is the date collection used questionnaires and some other secondary sources. It will be beneficial to decision — makes on issues of woman development and headway of other researchers. l Many result have been reached, but most importantly by economic factors. Also women play a vital role in various socio — economic aspects in the community. lt is found at for that involvement of women in productive work is related to their enrollment in education. ln general terms women play various vital roles in the community other than their basic (biological) one. Tonally many recommendations are mode but most vitally women should be developed socially and economically and be encouraged to participate in the community development.
