فعالية دور الاخصائى الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناول البحث فعالية دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي، دراسة حالة بعض المستشفيات الحكومية بولاية الخرطوم، تتمثل مشكلة البحث في عدم الوعي بأهمية وجود أخصائي اجتماعي في المستشفي مما أدي إلي وجود كثير من الصعوبات التي تعترضه داخل المستشفي من عدم الاهتمام بتأهيله وتدريبه مما أدي إلي عدم وضوح دورة في المجال الطبي ومن ثم عدم أداءه لدورة بالصورة المثلي , هدف هذا البحث إلي معرفة فعالية الأدوار التي يقوم بها الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي، التعرف علي الأدوار الفعلية التي يقدمها مكتب الخدمة الاجتماعية للمرضي وأسرهم، معرفة وجهات نظر الأطباء والمرضي بالدور الذي يقدمه الأخصائي الاجتماعي. أتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الظاهرة موضوع البحث، ، ومنهج دراسة الحالة ، تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (3) مستشفيات الحكومية في ولاية الخرطوم وهي مستشفي الشعب التعليمي , ومستشفي احمد قاسم الخرطوم بحري, ومستشفي الصداقة امدرمان, تم جمع بيانات الدراسة الميدانية عن طريق ثلاثة استبيانات مخصصة لكل من الأطباء والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والمرضي، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي. توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج: هي: كشف البحث إلى أهمية وجود أخصائي اجتماعي طبي للعمل مع المرضي وأسرهم ، تأييد معظم الأطباء والمرضي وجود أخصائي اجتماعي في المجال الطبي, كما أوضحت النتائج إن هناك مجموعة من الصعوبات التي تعيق الأخصائي الاجتماعي علي أداء دورة بالطريقة المثلي, كعدم وجود جهات عليا تدافع عن حقوقه وانعدام التدريب والتأهيل .

Abstract The research examined the role of the social worker in the medical field, case study of some public hospitals in Khartoum state, the research aims to find out the roles of the social worker in the medical field, to identify the actual roles offered by social service office for patients and their families, to know the point of views of doctors and patients at the role offered by the social worker. The search followed descriptive and analytical approach to study the phenomenon under research, the historical approach in previous studies on the subject of the search, and the case study approach to collect and analyze data of the study, a sample of (3) of government hospitals in the state of Khartoum was selected (Alshab Teaching Hospital, Ahmed Qassem Hospital in Khartoum North, Friendship Hospital in Omdurman) the data of field study were collected through three questionnaires intended for both patients and doctors and social workers, the data analyzed by statistical analysis program analysis. The research reached a number of results and recommendations: The results are: research revealed the importance of having a medical social worker to work with patients and their families, most of the doctors and patients support the presence of a social worker in the medical field, the results also showed that there are difficulties that hinder the social worker to do his role in an optimal way, such as lack of supreme bodies stampede their rights and lack of training and rehabilitation. Recommendations are: must provide the appropriate number of social workers in all hospitals, conducting training courses for social workers to develop their skills and gain the experience and skills to enable them to perform their work in an optimal way, and finally, the researcher develop a proposal for the development of the social worker worked in the medical filed.
