Abstract

Abstract The study aimed to explore the views of employers and heads of households on the developmental impact resulting from the development strategies and plans and the role of development projects to raise the income level of families and increase economic growth, which helps to alleviate poverty in the state. Study attributed the reason for the weakness that the majority of development plans and strategies development policies are concerned over plans superstructure development of cities and projects fragile violate the needs and desires of rural communities, have failed for lack of budgets earmarked for projects. Took study quantitative and qualitative methods and theories relied on different development focusing on my theory of modernization and dependency and touched on previous studies and concepts related to the topic of study, the concept of development, rural development and sustainable poverty concept and the concept of strategy, and adopted a study on field surveys and interviews and questionnaires, periodicals, books and references . The study found the results thereof, that development strategies and plans have been no different perspective balanced development and sustainable in the state failed projects due to lack of development budgets and poor diagnosis of the problem and weak cadre coach and the spread of illiteracy, ignorance and poverty . Exited the study'S recommendations is to create a developmental approach to diagnose the problem of development in the state to resolve problems of education, training and developing the agricultural sector especially the rehabilitation of agricultural institution Nuba Mountains and improve services, infrastructure and focus on making development in the state relies on local democracy, participation and decentralization of decision.
