تتناول هذه البحث دور المؤسسات التعليمية داخل السجن في تأهيل وإصلاح النزلاء بمدرسة مدينة الهدي الإصلاحية 13 كيلو غرب أم درمان وهي منطقة طرفية تمتاز بالهدوء. انطلقت البحث من افتراضات أساسية هي أن هنالك علاقة إيجابية بين الإصلاح والتأهيل والعلاقة داخل السجن يمكن استثمارها ما بين التأهيل والإصلاح لفائدة النزيل. وتتحسن العلاقة الإدارية بين الإدارة والنزيل بتأهيل النزيل في الأداء الحياتي اليومي وتقل المشاكل تعمل المؤسسات التعليمية داخل السجن على إصلاح وتأهيل النزلاء ورفع مستوياتهم التعليمية. اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتمد على جمع البيانات وتحليلها واستخلاص دلالاتها من مادة البحث ، أما وسائل جمع البيانات فتمثلت في استمارة استبيان وزعت 100 استمارة بطريقة عشوائية وذلك لمعرفة اتجاهات النزلاء حول دور المؤسسات التعليمية وعلى المقابلات والملاحظة من خلال المشاركة وطرح الأسئلة . وقد توصلت البحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها : • توجد علاقة إيجابية بين الإصلاح والتأهيل فالأول يمهد للثاني. • العلاقات داخل السجن سواء كانت بين النزلاء مع بعضهم البعض أو بين النزلاء والإدارة يمكن استثمارها في العلاقة التكاملية بين الإصلاح والتأهيل لفائدة النزيل مما يؤدي إلى صقل النزيل بالتأهيل العلمي والأكاديمي. • دور المؤسسات التعليمية داخل السجن في الإصلاح والتأهيل العلمي يكفي لصياغة المنحني الحياتي للنزيل نحو الأحسن . كما أوصت البحث بالآتي : • إتاحة الفرصة للذين لم يكملوا دراستهم النظامية في المرحلتين ( الأساس والثانوي) بأن يتحصلوا على الشهادة من داخل السجن . • إتاحة الفرصة للذين فاتهم التعليم والانتظام والإنخراط في فصول محو الأمية .

Abstract

This study addresses the role of educational institutions within the prison in the rehabilitation and reform school inmates sacrifice reformist city 13 kilometers west of Omdurman, an area characterized by terminal calm. Began the study of the basic assumptions is that there is a positive relationship between reform and rehabilitation, as well as educational institutions work within the prison reform and rehabilitation of inmates and raise the educational level. The researcher used a descriptive analytical method, which relies on data collection and analysis and to draw implications of the subject matter, and the means of data collection were: the form Research and distributed 100 form at random in order to know the tendencies of inmates on the role of educational institutions and on interviews and observation through participation and ask questions. The study found a number of conclusions, including: • There is a positive relationship between reform and rehabilitation of the former is paving the second. • relations within the prison between inmates, whether with each other or between guests and management that can be used between the reform and rehabilitation for the benefit of a guest is important and where the guest leads to the weight of scientific and academic qualification. • The role of educational institutions within the prison reform and rehabilitation of scientific enough for the formulation of curved-life of the inmate for the better. The study also recommended the following: • provide an opportunity for those who have not completed their regular study in two phases (basic and secondary) that Athsaloa the certificate from within the prison. • provide an opportunity for those who missed the education and attendance and engagement in literacy classes.
