اثر الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في الناتج القومي الاجمالي في السودان خلال الفترة من ( 2000م – 2007م ).

Abstract

مستخلص البحث الهدف الاساسي من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم اثر الاستثمارات الاجنبية والمحلية علي الدخل والناتج القومي الاجمالي أي بمعني مدي تأثير الاستثمار بشقيه الاجنبي والمحلي علي الاقتصاد السوداني وعلي السياسات الاقتصادية ، وعلي المناخ المناسب لجذب الاستثمارات التي تعمل علي تنمية البلاد ووضع قوانين واضحة ودستور لحماية المستثمرين الاجانب والمحليين , يتكون البحث من مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة ونتائج وتوصيات وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي واعتمد علي المراجع والدراسات السابقة في موضع الاستثمار وما توفر من تقارير واوراق عمل . وقد اهتمت الدولة اهتمام بالغ بالاسثمارات الاجنبية وعملت علي تهيئة بيئة استثمارية مناسبة لجذب رؤوس الاموال الي الداخل وتبع ذلك تطور في التشريعات الاستثمارية والتي بدأت من اول قانون للاستثمار سنة 1956م قانون الميزات الممنوحة الي قانون تشجيع الاستثمار وتعديله سنة 2003م . وتناول البحث مناخ الاسثمار في السودان ومحددات الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر ومحدداته في الفكر الاقتصادي وعلاقة الاستثمار بالناتج القومي الاجمالي ، ومدي مساهمة الاستثمار في الناتج القومي الاجمالي والمعوقات والمشاكل التي تواجه الاستثمار . وبتحليل بعض المعوقات نجد ان لها تأثيراً علي تدفق الاستثمارات الاجنبية واعاقة التنمي في البلاد لان الاستثمارات الاجنبية والمحلية لها اضافة حقيقية في الناتج القومي الاجمالي واتاحة فرص عمل جديدة لكل المستويات وزيادة ذلك الافراد وخاصة في المنطق التي اقيمت فيها المشروعات الاستثمارية .

ABSTRACT

The research Aimed to Evalluate the Effect of local and foreign investments to the (GNP) Gross National product and Gross National in come (GNI) or the Effect of investment with both side foreign and local to Sudanese economic and economic policies , Also the ability of Sudan to create suitable Climate to attract the investments which lead to development . Also to make strong laws to protect local and foreign investors . The research include introduction , three chapter , Conclusion , results and recommendation , the study followed the descriptive and analytic method and depend on References and previous studies in investment topic and the spare date from reports and working paper . There is abest interesting from the Country through foreign investment by making a good investments in order to atlract foreign Capital , so this activity followed by improvement of investment legalistic which began from first law for investment at 1956. to investment encouragement law in 2003. The research discussed investment Climate in sudan due to attractive possibilities for investment and directive of direct foreign investment in economics ideology , and the relationship between investments and (GNP) Gross National product and the obstacles and problems which faced the investment . During the analysis of some obstacles I found that it has effect to foreign investment flow and Development obstacles , because the local and foreign investments have reality addition in Gross National product and Creation of new work opportunity to all level , and increase the income for people at areas which Aimed by investment projects .
