فاعلية برنامج سلوكي معرفي في تحسين الانتباه لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطرابات النطق والكلام بمركز هيد استار بالخرطوم

Abstract

المستخلص هدف البحث إلى معرفة فاعلية برنامج سلوكي معرفي في تحسين الانتباه لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطرابات النطق والكلام بمركز هيد استار بالخرطوم، اتبعت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي على عينة بلغ عددها (12) طفل تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (6-9) سنة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، وتمثلت أداة البحث في البرنامج سلوكي معرفي ومقياس الانتباه من أعداد سهير كامل وبطرس حافظ (2016)،. كما تم تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية ((spss بالمعالجات الإحصائية الآتية: إختبار (ت) وإختبار (ت) ولكسون واختبار كرونكال ويلز وإختبار كأي لمعرفة التكافؤ ومعادلة الفاكرونباخ. وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: تتسم السمة العامة للانتباه لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطرابات النطق والكلام بمركز هيد استار في القياس القبلي بالانخفاض، وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في التحسن في الانتباه لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطرابات النطق والكلام بمركز هيد استار بالخرطوم في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي، لاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في تحسين الانتباه لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطرابات النطق والكلام بمركز هيد استار بالخرطوم في القياس البعدي تعزى لكل من (متغر العمر ودرجة الاضطراب). وفي الختام قدمت الباحثة توصيات إجرائية منها توصى الباحثة العمل على إعداد دورات تدريبية لأسر أطفال ذوى (ADHD) لمعرفة كيفية التعامل مع مشكلات أبنائهم التعليمية والسلوكية . ومقترحات أخرى لبحوث مستقبلية.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the effectiveness of a cognitive behavioral therapy program in improving attention deficit/hyperactivity among children with speech and speech disorders at Head Star Center. They were chosen by the intentional method, and the research tool was the cognitive behavioral therapy program and the attention scale from the numbers of Suhair Kamel and Boutros Hafez (2016). The data was also analyzed by the statistical package in the social sciences program (SPSS) with the following statistical treatments: T-test, T-test, Lixon, Croncal-Wales test, chi-test to find out equivalence and the Facronbach equation. The research reached the following results: The general feature of attention-deficit/hyperactivity Movement among children with speech and articulation disorders at Head Star Center in the tribal measurement with a decrease, and there are statistically significant differences in the improvement in attention-deficit/hyperactivity among children with speech and speech disorders at Head Star Center in the pre and post measurements in favor of the post measurement, there are no statistically significant differences in the improvement Attention deficit/hyperactivity among children with speech and speech disorders at Head Star Center in the dimensional measurement due to (age and degree of disorder), and in conclusion, the researcher presented procedural recommendations, including the researcher recommends working on preparing training courses for families of children with ADHD to find out how Dealing with their children's educational and behavioral problems, and other suggestions for future research.of s
