دور صناديق الاستثمار في تنشيط سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية (دراسة حالة بنك الاستثمار المالي في السودان 2006م – 2011م)

Abstract

المستخلص تلعب صناديق الاستثمار دوراً مهماً في أسواق المال في العالم كوسيلة فعالة لتجميع المدخرات وإتاحة فرص الاستثمار لصغار المستثمرين تحت إشراف أجهزة متخصصة، وتعد صناديق الاستثمار هي الرافد الحديث لسوق رأس المال وهى التي يمكن من خلالها خروج قطاع البنوك من العمل المصرفي التقليدي إلي دور أوسع وأكثر شمولاً يواكب التغيرات الدولية في الأداء المصرفي. وتتلخص مشكلة البحث في الآتي: هل تحقق الصناديق الاستثمارية رغبات المودعين بتحقيق العائد المجزى ؟ هل يعتبر بنك الاستثمار المالي في السودان من اكبر الجهات المساهمة في تنشيط سوق الأوراق المالية عبر خدماته المختلفة؟ . وتتمثل فروض البحث في أن صناديق الاستثمار توجه استثمارات المستثمرين إلي أفضل استثمارات من اجل تحقيق الأهداف ، زيادة رغبة المستثمرين في إنشاء الصناديق يؤكد استمرارية هذا القطاع في النمو. يعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي بحيث يقوم بوصف الظاهرة كما هي موجودة في الواقع استعان الباحث بدراسة حالة بنك الاستثمار المالي في السودان. وتوصل البحث من خلال البيانات التي تم جمعها إلي النتائج الآتية : ساهم سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية في محاربة التضخم من خلال استحداثه للأوراق المالية ، وفى تنمية القيمة السوقية للأصول المالية ، قام بنك الاستثمار المالي السوداني بتوسيع دائرة المتعاملين في مجال الصناديق من خلال اشتراك المصارف والمؤسسات المالية في الدول العربية . أهم توصيات البحث: انتهاج سياسة إعلامية للتعريف بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية والصناديق الاستثمارية لجذب المدخرين وكسب ثقة المستثمر ، توسيع وتنويع مجالات عمل الصناديق الاستثمارية (الأسهم، الأوراق المالية، التمويل).

Abstract The investment funds playing important role in the capital markets and it is considered an effective way to assemble Savings, and provide the investment opportunities for small investors under the supervision of specialized bodies. The investment funds are the modern tributary of the capital market, which is by which to the banking sector exit of the traditional banking business, to the broader role and more comprehensive line with the international changes of banking performance. The research problem is summarized in the following: Are investment funds check the word breaker income for depositors? Are Financial Investment Bank in Sudan is one of the largest contributors to revitalization of the stock market across different services? The research discussed the following hypotheses: The investment funds directed the investments of investors to the best in order to achieve the objectives. The increasing investors' willingness to create the Funds confirms the continuity of this sector to growth. The research depends on the descriptive approach, so that the description of the phenomenon as is extant in reality. The researcher depend the Financial Investment Bank in Sudan as a case study. The research reaches through the data collected the following results: Khartoum Stock Exchange contributed to fight inflation through introduced the Securities Exchange. Also, it contributed to the development of the market value of financial assets. The Financial Investment Bank (Sudan) was widening the circle of customers in Funds through the participation of banks and financial institutions in the Arab countries. The important the research recommendation: Adopt the media policy to definition the Khartoum stock market and investment funds to attract savers and earn the investor confidence. Expanding and diversifying the areas of investment funds (stocks, securities and finance).
