استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في حل مشكلات تدريس مادة الرياضيات بالمرحلة الثانوية بولاية أعالي النيل

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه تدريس مادة الرياضيات بالمرحلة الثانوية بولاية أعالي النيل من وجهة نظر معلمي وموجهي المادة بالولاية. وإلى تلمس آرآئهم حول المعوقات التي تحول دون استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في تطوير أساليب تدريسها ومساهمة استخدام التقنيات التعلمية في تطوير هذه الأساليب.

اُستخدم المنهج الوصفي في تناول المواضيع المتعلقة بالجانب النظري للدراسة وكذلك في استخدام الاستبانة والمقابلة كأداتين لجمع المعلومات والبيانات المتعلقة بالدراسة. مجتمع وعينة الدراسة هم معلمو وموجهو مادة الرياضيات بالولاية حيث بلغ عدد المعلمين (26) معلماً بينما عدد الموجهين (6) موجهاً . اُستخدم البرنامج الإحصائي الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية(spss) في تحليل بيانات الاستبانة بينما استخدم الوصف التحليلي المنطقي لتحليل المعلومات والمقابلات.

من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة :

1 / توجد مشكلات تواجه تدريس مادة الرياضيات بالمرحلة الثانوية بولاية أعالي النيل من وجهة نظر المعلمين والموجهين بالولاية. أهمها :

قلة فرص التدريب لمعلمي ومعلمات المادة, اكتظاظ الطلاب بالفصل الواحد, استخدام معظم معلمي مادة الرياضيات طريقة التدريس التقليدية وأن عدداً كبيراً من المعلمين لا يتوفر لديهم المؤهل العلمي مع المؤهل التربوي.

2 / توجد معوقات تحول دون استخدام تقنيات التعليم في تدريس مادة الرياضيات بالولاية أهمها :

معظم معلمي مادة الرياضيات بالولاية غير مدربين على استخدام تقنيات التعليم, الأجهزة والمواد التعليمية غير متوفرة بدرجة كافية بالمدارس وغياب مشاركة المتخصصين في مجال تقنيات التعليم في تفعيل استخدامها بالمدارس.

3 / استخدام تقنيات التعليم يساهم في تطوير أساليب تدريس مادة الرياضيات بالمرحلة الثانوية من خلال :

معالجة الفروق الفردية بين الطلاب, معالحة مشكلة اكتظاظ الطلاب بالفصل الواحد . وتنمية مهارات التفكير العلمي لدي كل من المعلم والمتعلم.

ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة :

أ / الاتجاه نحو استخدام تقنيات التعليم في تدريس مادة الرياضيات بالمرحلة الثانوية.

ب / توفير الأجهزة والمواد التعليمية ذات الصلة بمنهج الرياضيات بالمرحلة الثانوية.

ج / تدريب معلمي الرياضيات بالولاية على استخدام تقنيات التعليم في تدريس المادة.

Abstract

The study aimed at finding out the problems which face teaching mathematics in secondary school level in Upper Nile State according to the opinions of the teachers and supervisors of mathematics in the state . Moreover ; finding out their own opinions about the challenges that face the use of educational technology in developing means of teaching mathematics , such as contribution in using educational technology in developing these means .

The researcher used descriptive method which based on theoretical aspects that related to this study . To collect data and information related to the study the researcher used the questionnaire and interview as tools to achieve the research targets .

The sample and population of the study were (26 ) teachers of mathematics in secondary schools and ( 6 ) supervisors of mathematics secondary level of Upper Nile State .

The researcher used statistical package for social sciences ( SPSS ) to analyse the data , used also logical analysis descriptive method to analyse the information and interviews .

The researcher arrived at the following findings:-

( a ) Various problems that face teaching of mathematics in secondary schools of Upper Nile State :-

1. Lack of training teacher of mathematics .

2. Lack of academic and educational experience among teachers of mathematics .

3. The teachers of mathematics depend on traditional methods to teach

and reject modern strategies and modern methods .

( b ) Challenges that face the use of educational technology which can solve the problems of teaching mathematics in schools of Upper Nile State :-

1. Few chances are given for training teachers in field of educational technology .

2. Little attention is given by Ministry of Education of State for the significance of educational technology for teaching mathematics .

3. Lack of teaching aids in schools .

4. The few specialists in field of educational technology in schools .

( c ) Role of educational technology in solving problems of teaching mathematics in secondary schools of Upper Nile State .

1. Eliminating individual difference among students .

2. Solving the problem of crowdies of classrooms in schools .

3. Developing cognitive styles and solving the problems of students mental and academic abilities .

The study came out with the following recommendations :

1. The importance of using educational technology in teaching mathematics in secondary schools of Upper Nile State .

2. To make use of teaching aids , such as teaching films which are related to mathematics curriculum available in schools .

3. To train teachers of mathematics in order to know the use of teaching methods and how to exploit these to develop the mental capacity .
