تطوير نظام لإدارة العمليـــة التأمينية

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تعتمد عملية التواصل بين العملاء وشركة التامين علي الأساليب التقليدية في إجراءات العملية التأمينية مما يترتب على ذلك آثار سلبية لا حصر لها، فعندما يود العميل معرفة اسعار قيمة التأمين لممتلكاته أو معرفة أنواع التأمين التي يمكن توفرها الشركه لابد من الذهاب الي موقع الشركة وفى كثير من الأحيان يكون هنالك زحام فى الطريق أو في موقع الشركة مما ينتج هدر للوقت فى تقديم الخدمة ،هذا ادي الي وجوب إيجاد إمكانية لبناء نظام إلكتروني للعملية التأمينية يتم عرضها علي الانترنت بحيث تمكن التواصل بين العملاء وشركة التأمين وإطلاعهم بكل ماهو جديد فيما يخص العروض التأمينية ومتابعة اقساطهم واسعار التأمين المختلفة وانواع التغطيات المتاحة. كما نتجنب المستندات الورقية التي تتعرض للتلف والضياع ،هذا التواصل الالكتروني يوفر امكانية ايصال شكاوي ومقترحات العملاء بصورة علمية ودقيقة مما يسهام فى رفع كفاءه الشركة. تناول البحث الجزء العلمي للنظام في مرحلة التحليل والتصميم ثم التنفيذ مستخدماَ لغة الـPHP)) وبعض اللغات الأخرى المساعدة ، كما يهدف البحث الي تبسيط وتسهيل التواصل والوصول إلى المعلومة في وقتها المناسب وكشف المشكلات وتقديم الحلول . ومن نتائج هذا البحث ، رفع الدور الإجتماعي لشركات التأمين وما له من نتائج في خدمة المجتمع والتركيز على التواصل العكسي من جانب خبراء ومختصي التأمين بإستقبال الشكاوى والمقترحات الوارده من العملاء مما يساهم في نشر الثقافة التأمينية فى مجتمعاتنا. أهم التوصيات كانت عن دمج وتقنين المفاهيم التأمينية مع التقنية الإلكترونية بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تعميم النظام على شركات التأمين بالاستفادة من خدمات الحوسبة السحابية في تطبيقه.

Abstract The process of communication between customer’s and insurance company depends on the conventional ways in performance of insurance process, this leads countless effects of negative, for example when the customer would like to know the value of insurance for his property or know the types of insurance that can be available in the company, he must go to the company's site facing traffic jams or busy employees, this waste valuable time for the customer and the company providing good quality service. For this reasons it was important to establish electronic system for insurance process to facilitate communication between customers and companies, so the customers will be able to know the up-to-date about different insurance rates and which types of coverage available. This electronic communication system leads to avoid loss and damage lots of paper documents, also it helps in addressing customers complains and suggestions in scientific and precise way which help in improving quality of company work. The research covers the scientific part of the electronic system in areas of analysis, design and execution, using (PHP) language and other useful languages. Also this research aims to simplify communication method, reaching needed information in suitable time, discover problems and find solutions. The results of this research is to increase the social role of insurance companies which have good results in serving the community, as it concentrate of communication between the experts and insurance personnel and the customers in receiving and addressing their complains and suggestions, this will definitely help spreading insurance good culture in our community. The recommendations were rationing insurance thoughts with the electronic technology, and it is important to generalize application of electronic systems over insurance companies to take advantage of the cloud computing services in the application.
