تنظيم النسل: دراسة فقهية

Abstract

اهتم الإسلام بالإنجاب ؛ وجعل الحفاظ عليه من مقاصد الشريعة العامة ، فحافظ عليه من الوجود بالزواج ، ومن جانب العدم بعدم قتل الأولاد . وتنظيم النسل من قضايا التي تحدَث العلماء عنها حديثا، والهدف من بحثي هذا الوصول إلى : حكم فقهي عملي راحج في مسألة تنظيم النسل في الفقه الإسلامي .

وسلكت في منهج البحث : المنهج الاستقرائي ؛ في استقصاء أقوال الفقهاء قديما وحديثا ، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث وقفت على استدلالاتهم ، وتعليلاتهم ، ووازنت وبين آرائهم حتى توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأصل : في تنظيم النسل الكراهة ، ويجوز في حالات الضرورة لمرض الأم ، والحاجة للتربية وإرضاع الطفل عند توالي الإنجاب .
