جهود الامم المتحده في تسوية قضية دارفور في الفترة من (2003-2012)

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة جهود منظمة الأمم المتحدة لتسوية النزاع في دارفور والذي يتضح من خلال الجهود السياسية والأمنية والتنموية للأمم المتحدة وتكامل الأدوار مع الجهود المحلية والإقليمية في حل الأزمة . لقد إستخدم الباحث كل من المنهج التاريخي والوصفي والتحليلي والذي يتناسب مع طبيعة الدراسة والتي توصلت إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها أن الأزمة بدأت من الداخل لكنها إتسعت لتصبح قضية دولية وبذلت الأمم المتحدة جهودا مقدرة لحل الأزمة بالرغم من المعوقات التي واجهتها والتي تمثلت في الدعم اللوجستي وعدم المام أفراد البعثة بجغرافية المنطقة، كما أسهمت بعض الحركات في تعقيد الوضع ، مع وجود أدوار موازية لبعض الدول أضعفت من مساعي الحلول النهائية للقضية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها إقناع المجتمع الدولي بدعم المبادرات الداخلية ، وإشراك دول الجواار في حل الأزمة ، والإسهام في تنمية دارفور ، وإعادة النازحين واللاجئين وتوفير الخدمات الأساسية للسكان

Abstract The study examined the efforts of the united nations, to settle the conflict in Darfur ,which is evident through the political, security and development efforts of the united nations, and the integration of role with local and regional efforts to resolve the crisis. The researcher adopted the historical, descriptive and analytical methodologies, which are appropriate to the nature of the study, the study reached to several conclusions, the most important of which is that the crisis started from the inside but expanded to become an international issue The united nations has made an effort to resolve the crisis depite the obstacles that it encountered namely logistical support and lack of familiarity to the region, and some movement have contributed to the complexity of the situations, with parallel roles for some states, which have weakened the efforts of final solutions to the issue. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is to convince the international community to support internal initiatives, involve neighboring countries in resolving the crisis, contribute to the development of Darfur, return displaced persons and refugees and provide basic services to the population.
