بناء نظام لإدارة البحوث بالمركز القومي للبحوث (وزارة التعليم العالي)

Abstract

المستخلص تضطلع مراكز البحوث بدور هام في رعاية ورصد البحوث في شتى المجالات مما يشكل ثروة قومية تسهم في عجلة التطور والنماء للدول. المركز القومي للبحوث في السودان وعلى الرغم من دوره الكبير في إثراء البحث العلمي إلا أن النظام الحالي اليدوي المتبع يولد مشاكل عدة منها منها صعوبة الحصول على بيانات البحوث ومستخلصاتها لاستخدام الورق في المكاتبات واشكالات عمليات الحفظ والأرشفة والتأمين من فقدان بيانات البحوث. إعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كذلك الأُسلوب العلمي التطبيقي في تطبيق النظام وتم حوسبة النظام باستخدام أدوات MS SQL Server كقاعدة بيانات ولغة Visual Studio C# كواجهة تطبيق، توصل الباحث إلى أن النظام وفر قاعدة بيانات للبحوث مع تقليل الوقت والجهد بالاضافة الى دقة المعلومات والتقارير الناتجة ويوصي الباحث بضرورة تطبيق نظام الباحثين بالمركز القومي للبحوث والوحدات التابعة وتطوير النظام بحيث يدعم الويب والأندرويد على الهواتف النقالة.

ABSTRACT Research centers play an important role in sponsoring and monitoring research in various fields, which constitutes a national wealth that contributes to the development and growth of countries. The National Research Center in Sudan, despite its great role in enriching scientific research, the current manual system in use generates several problems, including the difficulty of obtaining research data and extracts for the use of paper in correspondence, and the problems of preservation, archiving, and insurance against loss of research data. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach, as well as the applied scientific method in applying the system, and the system was computerized using MS SQL Server tools as a database and Visual Studio C# as an application interface. The researcher stressed the need to implement the system of researchers at the National Research Center and its affiliated units, and to develop the system so that it supports the web and Android on mobile phones.
