أثر إدارة الجودة الشاملة في رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي ودعم الميزة التنافسية (بالتطبيق على المصارف التجارية السودانية )

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر إدارة الجودة الشاملة في رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي ودعم الميزة التنافسية بالمصارف التجارية. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ضعف الاداء بالمصارف التجارية ولا يلاحظ عليه تحسين مستمر ، وقد يعود ذلك إلى عدم الاهتمام الكافي بادارة الجودة الشاملة ومدى أهميتها في رفع كفاءة الاداء المؤسسي ودعم الميزة التنافسية؟ افترضت الدراسة أن اعتماد المنهج العلمي في اتخاذ القرارات يساهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي".، " وأنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التحسين المستمر و رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي".، "وكذلك توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أسلوب التركيز على العميل و رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي"، " وأيضا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اعتماد المنهج العلمي في اتخاذ القرارات ودعم الميزة التنافسية"، "وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التحسين المستمر و دعم الميزة التنافسية"، "ايضاً توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أسلوب التركيز على العميل ودعم الميزة التنافسية". وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: ساهم وضع التحسين المستمر كهدف استراتيجي للمصارف، بجانب توفير الأساليب المتطورة له في رفع أداء المصارف ودعم الميزة التنافسية، ساعد اعتماد المصارف علي قدرات مواردها البشرية من ذوي المهارات الفنية والتقنية لإنجاز أعمالها في رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن إدارة الجودة الشاملة ساهمت في فاعلية الأداء بالمصرف من خلال إنجاز الأعمال في وقت وجيز. بناءً على النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها أوصت الدراسة بتوفير المتطلبات والمقومات اللازمة لإدارة الجودة الشاملة وذلك لدورها الفعال في رفع كفاءة الأداء المؤسسي وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، وكذلك العمل على نشر ثقافة المشاركة في صنع القرار، بجانب أن تعضد وترسخ إدارة البنك مفهوم التحسين المستمر كمنهج عمل بالبنك، وان تتسم قرارات المصرف بالواقعية وذلك بالاعتماد على معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة لإثبات فعالية القرارات. Abstract The study aimed to identify the impact of Total Quality Management in raising the efficiency of institutional performance and supporting the competitive advantage in commercial banks. Where the study problem was represented in the following question: Does Total Quality Management contribute to raising the efficiency of institutional performance and support the competitive advantage? The study assumed that adopting the scientific approach in making decisions contributes to raising the efficiency of institutional performance. “There is a statistically significant relationship between continuous improvement and raising the efficiency of institutional performance.”, “There is a statistically significant relationship between the method of focusing on the customer and raising the efficiency of performance. The study reached a number of results, including: Establishing continuous improvement as a strategic goal for banks, besides providing advanced methods for it to raise the bank’s performance and support the competitive advantage, the bank relies on the capabilities of its human resources with technical and technical skills to accomplish its work. Total quality has contributed to the effectiveness of the bank’s performance by completing the work in a short time. The study also recommended several recommendations, including: Providing the requirements and ingredients necessary for Total Quality Management for its effective role in performance efficiency Institutional and achieving competitive advantage, working to spread the culture of participation in decision-making, in addition to consolidating and consolidating the bank’s management concept of continuous improvement as a method of work in the bank. The bank’s decisions are realistic by adopting comprehensive quality management standards to prove the effectiveness of decisions.
