لقد عُنِي الإسلام عنايةً عظيمة بالمحافظة على أموال المسلمين، وأمَرَ بصيانتها، وحرَّم التعدي عليها، وقرنت الأموال بالأنفس في مواضعَ كثيرة من القرآن الكريم، فأمَر بالجِهاد بالأموال والأنفُس في سبيل الله، ونظَّم الأموال تنظيمًا سليمًا، فجعل في المال زكاةً حقًّا معلومًا للفقراء والمساكين وغيرهم، ممَّن ذكروا في النصوص القرآنية، والأحاديث النبوية، وجعل فيها حقوقًا مُعيَّنة معلومة، وحرَّم التعدي على أموال الناس ولأهمِّية المال في نظر الإسلام، جاءت الأوامر والتوجيهات القرآنية والنبوية بالمحافظة عليه، كما جاء النهي عن إضاعة المال، والنهي عن الإسراف والتبذير فيه فالقرآن الكريم بوصفه كتاب الهداية والاصلاح خير من يسلط الضوء على ظاهرة الفساد المالى فالدراسة تنطلق للكشف والوقوف عليها من خلال ايات القرآن الكريم.

Abstract Islam has devoted great attention to preserving the Muslims' money, and ordered the maintenance of it, and prohibited the encroachment on it, and tied the money with the souls in many places of the Holy Quran. He ordered jihad with money and souls for the sake of Allah, Who are mentioned in the Koranic texts, and the prophetic traditions, and in which certain rights are known, and the prohibition on encroachment on people's money and the importance of money in the eyes of Islam, came the Quranic and Prophetic commands and directives to preserve it, as it is forbidden to waste money, Exaggerating and wasteful The Holy Quran as a book of guidance and reform is better than sheds light on the phenomenon of financial corruption, the study begins to detect and stand through the verses of the Koran.
