دور الأتحاد الأروبى فى تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية فى السودان فى الفتره من ( 1993 – 2018م)

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور الاتحاد الاوربي في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان في الفترة من 1993- 2018م وذلك في محاولة الباحث الاجابة علي تساؤل رئيسي وهو كيف كان للعامل الايدلوجي دوراً في قطع العلاقات بين الاتحاد الاوربي والسودان ؟. حيث يهدف الباحث من ذلك التعرف علي مدي تطور العلاقات الاتحاد الاوربي والسودان ، ولذلك أفترضت الدراسة عدة فرضيات اهمها : تدهور العلاقات بين الاتحاد الاوربي والسودان وذلك تبني الانقاذ نظاماً إسلامياً معادياً للغرب مما أدي الي قطع المساعدات التنموية عن السودان لهذا أستخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي والتحليلي حيث توصلت الدراسة من ذلك لعدة نتائج اهمها : ان العامل الايدلوجي كان سببا رئيسياً في قطع العلاقات بين الاتحاد الاوربي والسودان وذلك عندما تبنت حكومة الانقاذ شعارات مناوئه للغرب (كالجهاد) والتي اعتبرها الغرب مؤشراً علي تبني النظام أيدلوجية مناوئة للايدلوجية اللبرالية ومن ثم اوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها تقديم المصلحة الوطنية للعامل الايدلوجي.

Abstract The study dealt with the role of the European Union in the economic development in Sudan in the period from 1993 to 2018, in an attempt to answer a key question: How did the ideological factor played a role in severing relations between the EU and Sudan ?. The researcher aims to identify the extent of the development of relations between the European Union and Sudan, and therefore the study assumed several hypotheses, the most important of which are: the deterioration of relations between the European Union and Sudan, which adopted the rescue of an anti-Western Islamic regime, which led to cutting development aid to Sudan. The study found several important results: The ideological factor was a major reason for severing relations between the EU and Sudan, when the Salvation government adopted anti-Western slogans such as jihad, which the West considered an indicator of the adoption of the regime. The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is to present the national interest to the ideological factor.
