إساءة معاملة الأطفال(الوقاية والعلاج من وجهة نظر الخدمة الإجتماعية) دراسة حالة : بعض المترددين على وحدة حماية الأسرة والطفل أمدرمان

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة إساءة معاملة الأطفال"الوقاية والعلاج من وجهة نظر الخدمة الإجتماعية" وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل الاتي:هل هناك علاقة بين البيئة المحيطة للطفل وتعرضه للإساءة والمعاملة؟ وهدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن الاسباب التي ادت الى اساءة معاملة الطفل. التعرف على الظروف المحيطة بالطفل في العوامل الأسرية التي أدت إلى سوء معاملته. التعرف على الظروف الاقتصادية بالطفل والتي أدت الى سوء معاملته. إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات والمعلومات عن موضوع الدراسة, وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها الاسباب التي ادت الى اساءة معاملة الطفل هي مدى تواجد الطفل داخل المنزل أحياناً بنسبة كبيرة حيث اثبتت الدراسات التي اجريت في الولايات المتحدة نسبة عالية لحالة الاساءة الجنسية في المنزل, وكذلك سلوك الطفل داخل الأسرة التي كانت متعاون حيث يعد سلوك الاطفال هو احد الدوافع التي تعمل على اثارة العنف والايذاء لهم. وجد ان الظروف المحيطة بالطفل في العوامل الأسرية التي أدت إلى إساءة معاملة الأطفال هي المستوى التعليمي المتدني للوالدين حيث ان آباء الأطفال المبحوثين مستواهم التعليمي الأساس هي الأغلبية وللأمهات الأساس هي الغالبية وكذلك عدم تواجد احد الوالدين في المنزل حيث الوالد بالنسبة للعينة المأخوذة غير موجودون في المنزل والوالدة غير متواجدة في المنزل وغير متواجدة .بالإضافة الى حالات الإنفصال بين الوالدين في العينة المبحوثة وكذلك التفكك في الأسرة وخلصت الى عدة توصيات أهمها محاولة ربط البرامح والخدمات المقدمة للأطفال المساء إليهم بالسياسات الإجتماعية والقانونية والتشريعية على مستوى الدولة وتنفيذ بعض البرامج التي تساعد الأطفال على إكتساب مهارات للتعامل مع مشكلاتهم. وجود أخصائي إجتماعي وباحث نفسي في المدارس ليعمل على وقاية الأطفال من التعرض للمشاكل النفسية والإجتماعية من خلال عمليات التوجيه والإرشاد والتوضيح وعلاج الأطفال بمواجهة المشاكل التي يعاني منها الطفل ودور تنموي بالمساهمة في رسم السياسة الإجتماعية الخاصة برعاية الطفولة.المساهمة في حل الخلافات والصراعات الموجودة بين الوالدين او الأبناء والعمل على تحسين العلاقات في إطار النسق الأسري, عن طريق وسائل الإعلام بأنواعها المختلفة, الندوات, الإرشاد الأسري, وذلك للتوعية بحقوق الأطفال.

Abstract: The study discussed the bad treatment of children "the prevention and the cure in the social service point of view " . The study problem represented in the following question: if there is at relation between the surrounding environment ion and the bad treatment of the child ? The study aimed to clarify the reasons that led to this bad treatment for the child, and the surrounding economical and family condition of the child, that led to this bad treatment , the study based on the analytical descriptive approach to collect data and information about this study. The study reached to several results, the most important of the reasons that let to this bad treatment to the child is this time of the child's staying to home sometime . The study which take a place in the united state proved that there is a high percentage of a sexual abuse in the house , also the child behavior in the family , children behavior consider as one of the motivations, which incite violence and harm them. The study also find out that the low educational level of the parents and the family condition led to this bad treatment for the child , where the educational level of those fathers and mothers is the basic level . Also one of the parent absence from the house , and according to the sample it found that the father is always absent from the house and could be the mother too . In addition to the divorce cases between the parents , the study trying to the link the programs and services that granted to the children whom suffering from this bad treatment by the social , legal, legislating polices in the country . Also to implement some programs that assist children in order to acquire skills to face their problems. It also necessary to have a social specialist and psychologist in the schools in order to protect the children from psychologist and social problems by guiding and clarifying and curing the child , in order to face the problems that the child suffers from and to have developmental role to contributing to solve differences and conflicts that existence between apparent and the sons, and working to improve the relations in the famed of the family format by using all kinds of media make seminars and the family guidance to aware of the children rights
