الاستفادة من المصادر المفتوحة في أتمتة الأنظمة الطبية (بالتطبيق على مستشفى الشهيد علي عبد الفتاح)

Abstract

المستخلص: المستشفيات واحدة من أهم المؤسسات التى غزتها تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، ليس فقط من ناحية أجهزة ومعدات طبية وإنما من ناحية انظمة وتطبيقات إلكترونية لإدارتها واختلفت هذه التطبيقات على حسب طبيعة وحجم المستشفى حيث صممت هذه الانظمة لمساعدة الأطباء والمرضى على حد سواء، فقد مكنت الطبيب من متابعة حالات المرضى وذلك من خلال حفظ جميع بيانات المرضى والمستندات الطبية الاخرى التى تتعلق بهم وسهلت من عملية الوصول اليها بكل سهولة ويسر، وكان الهدف الأساسى من الدراسة هو تصميم نظام معلومات يقوم بتوفير بيانات كافية عن اقسام المستشفي والاطباء وكذلك المرضي ، حيث يساهم بشكل فعال في ادارة المرافق الصحية و يخدم المرضي بتوفير الوقت والجهد وذلك من خلال التسجيل الالكتروني المتاح عبر الموقع او من خلال الحضور مباشرةً الي المستشفي ،وقد تمت الاستفادة من المصادر المفتوحة حيث استخدمة لغةPHP لسهولة التطوير والصيانة و لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML في التحليل ورسم المخططات.

Abstract: Hospitals one of the most important institutions that invaded information technology, not only in terms of devices, medical equipment, but in terms of systems and electronic applications to manage and varied these applications by the nature and size of the hospital where designed these systems to help doctors and patients alike, has enabled the physician to follow up cases of patientsthrough keeping all patient data and documents other medical concern them and facilitated the process accessible with ease, and was the main objective of the study is to design an information system that provides sufficient data on hospital wards and doctors as well as patients, contributing effectively in the management of health facilitiesand serves patients to save time and effort and through electronic registration available through the website or through attendance directly to the hospital, has been to take advantage of open source where I am using PHP for ease of development and maintenance and unified modeling language UML analysis and charts.
