إسهامات المنظمات الأجنبية في التنمية البشرية في محلية غرب جبل مرة ((في فترة ما بين 2010 إلي 2017))

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناول البحث إسهامات المنظمات الأجنبية في التنمية البشرية في محلية غرب جبل مرة هدف البحث الي إلقاء الضوء الي مدي تأثير المنظمات الأجنبية علي التنمية البشرية في محلية غرب جبل مرة وتقويم دور المنظمات الأجنبية في محلية غرب جبل مرة. تأتي أهمية البحث في ظل الاهتمام المتزايد بموضوع التنمية البشرية الذي أصبح من أبرز المواضيع التي تم نقاشها عالميا ومحليا ومالها من أهمية للمجتمع لذا برز ضرورة دراسة إسهامات المنظمات الأجنبية في التنمية البشرية ومالها من دور في حشد وتجميع الموارد المالية من أجل تحقيق تنمية بشرية،وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في آثار الحرب المتمثلة في النزوح وتدمير المدارس والمراكز الصحية مما نتج عنه تشريد عدد من الأطفال من التعليم ونقص حاد في الخدمات الصحية أدي إلي ظهور الأمراض كما أن مصادر المياه ازدحمت بأعداد كبيرة من النازحين وعليه كان دخول المنظمات ضرورة ماسة للاسهام في عملية التنمية البشرية ودعم جهود الحكومة للخدمات العامة التي لا تستطيع الإفاء بكل هذه المتطلبات. أفترض البحث فرضية وهي للمنظمات الأجنبية إسهامات فعالة وكبيرة في مجال التنمية البشرية والخدمات العامة في المنطقة ، المنظمات الأجنبية عنصر فعال في إحداث التنمية البشرية. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذالك بالاعتماد علي نوعين من المصادر (الأولية – الثانوية) الأولية من خلال المسح الميداني الذي استهدف عينة عشوائية تكونت من 100 مستهدف. اما الثانوية فهي الكتب والمراجع وأوراق عمل والدوريات والتقارير والدراسات ذات الصلة. توصل البحث إلي عدة النتائج أهمها: في مجال التعليم شيدت منظمة DRC 88 فصل دراسي وصيانة 75 فصل دراسي وتوفير إجلاس لـ 60 فصل دراسي وتوفير الكتاب المدرسي كما قامت بدفع الرسوم الدراسية لكثير من التلاميذ وقدمت تغذية مدرسية للمدارس الأكثر حاجة، أما في مجال الصحة فقد قامت المنظمات الأجنبية بتشييد 16 وحدة صحية ومركز وتأهيل 9 وحدة صحية كما قامت بتأهيل ممرضين وفنيين وزائرات صحيات كما قامت بتدريب عدد من الشباب في مجال الرعاية الصحية الأولية. وأيضاً قامت بتوفير اللقاحات وبعض الأدوية للحملات الروتينية ولمكافحة الأمراض السارية والمستوطنة ونواقل الأمراض. أهم التوصيات: توجيه المنظمات للتركيز على حفر الآبار التي تعمل بالطلمبات بدلاً من المضخات اليدوية وزيادة توصيل خطوط المياه ، توفير التغذية المدرسية لكل مدارس النازحين، الاهتمام ببيئة الأطفال من اجل الوصول إلي التنشئة العلمية والمعرفية السليمة.

Abstract The research considered contributions of foreign organizations in Human development in the west Jabal Marra locality. The objective of the research is to measure the impact of foreign organizations in Human development in the west Jabal Marra locality, and to evaluate the Role of foreign Organizations in the west Jabal Marra Locality. The importance of research comes in growing interesting in Human development , which has become one of the most important topics that have been discussed globally and locally, and it has important Role to community. There for it is important to study the contributions of foreign organizations in Human development and their role in mobilizing and pooling financial resources in order to achieve Human development. The problem of the research is centered to indicate the effects of the war like internal displacement and destructions of schools, Health centers and acute lack in Health services and water. There for sharing of foreign Organization is very necessary to support government role in general services. The research consisted the following hypotheses . the foreign organizations have effective and significant contributions in the field of Public services in the locality, the foreign organizations are an effective element in creating Human development. Research methodology : analytical descriptive methodology depending on two Types of sources (Primary – Secondary). Primary Through the 100 specimen, the secondary include references, workshop paper, periodical reports and related studies the research results: in the field of education DRC organization established 88 class Room Rehabilitated 75 class Room , provided furniture for 60 Class Room payed school fees for some students and provided school feeding , in the field of health foreign organizations established 16 health unit and center and rehabilitated 9 health unit and provided Training to Nurses and home visitors , and provided vaccines medicine for routine campaign. The research recommended that: to direct the organization to focus in digging wells which use engines instead of hand Pump and to increase water Pipelines providing all IDPs schools with school feeding, and to take more care for children education.
