دور البيئة الاستثمارية في كفاءة تمويل مشروعات ريادة الأعمال بالمملكة العربية السعودية (دراسة ميدانية على مشروعات ريادة الأعمال للفترة من 2016م -2020م)

Abstract

المستخلص تلعب البيئة الاستثمارية دوراً هاماً في كفاءة تمويل مشروعات ريادة الأعمال نظراً للأهمية الكبرى للمشروعات الريادية كواحدة من الأدوات القادرة على حصول المؤسسات على الميزة التنافسية. لذا هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور البيئة الاستثمارية في كفاءة تمويل مشروعات ريادة الأعمال بالمملكة العربية السعودية. تم بناء نموذج الدراسة استناداً على نظرية الموارد وكذلك تم الاستعانة بأدبيات الدراسات السابقة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات الأولية عن طريق استخدام عينة عشوائية غير احتمالية، حيث وزعت عدد (300) استبانة لعينة الدراسة, استرد منها عدد (250) استبانة بنسبة 80%, الصالحة للتحليل. تم استخدام نمذجة المعادلة البنائية وأسلوب تحليل المسار لاختبار فرضياته. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: عدم وجود دور مباشر للبيئة الاستثمارية من خلال (المؤشرات الاقتصادية ودور الدولة, دور الحاضنات وبيئة الأعمال) في كفاءة الأداء والتمويل, بينما يوجد دور مباشر للبيئة الاستثمارية من خلال (المؤشرات الاقتصادية, دور الدولة والحاضنات) في تمويل مشروعات ريادة الأعمال (الإنتاج), كما أكدت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود دور للبيئة الاستثمارية (المؤشرات الاقتصادية, دور الدولة, دور رجال الأعمال, دور الحاضنات وبيئة الأعمال) في تمويل مشروعات ريادة الأعمال (التوسع - الانكماش والنوع - الكم). تم مناقشة نتائج الدراسة ومقارنتها مع الدراسات السابقة، وتقديم التأثيرات النظرية والتطبيقية وعدد من المقترحات بشأن الدراسات المستقبلية.

Abstract The investment environment plays an important role in the efficiency of entrepreneurial projects due to their great importance of as one of the tools capable of obtaining enterprises to obtain a competitive advantage. Therefore, the study aimed to find out the impact of the investment environment on the efficiency of entrepreneurship projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study model is based on resource based-view and also the help of the literature of previous studies. The study used descriptive method analysis. In order to achieve the study purpose, the questionnaires were designed as a main tools for primary data collecting by using a random probability sample, then distributed 300 questionnaires for study sample, returned 250 questionnaires represent a rate of 80% valid for analysis. The study used structural equation modelling and path analysis for study hypotheses. The study reached group of results, where there is no effect of investment environment through (economic indicators, the role of government, the role of incubators and the role of business environment) on the efficiency of performance and financing, While there is a direct effect of investment environment through (economic indicators, the role of government, the role of incubators and the role) on entrepreneurial projects (production). Also the study confirmed that there is no effect on the investment of environment (economic indicators, the role of men, the role of government, the role of incubators and the role of business environment) on entrepreneurial projects (Expansion - contraction, kind and amount. The study results were discussed and offered theoretical and applied effects and a number of suggestions regarding for future studies.
