استخدام تقنية تنقيب البيانات لتحليل بيانات المستثمرين بمفوضية تشجيع الاستثمار

يقدم هذه البحث دراسة تطبيقيه في مجال اكتشاف المعرفة باستخدام تقنيات التنقيب في البيانات حيث تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في وجود بيانات غير مستفاد منها و عدم القدره على التنبا بحالة المشاريع العامله و عدم القدرة على التنبأ بجدوى المشاريع الجديده. تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل بيانات المستثمرين والخروج منها بنتائج تساعد في دعم السياسات الاستثمارية لدي متخدي القرار بالمفوضية حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج ال weka وتم التنبؤ باستخدام خوارزيمة c4.5 وكانت حالات التنبؤ عامل وغير عامل حيث تم استخدام هذه الخوارزمية لكفاءتها في التنبؤ ولقدرتها على اعطاء نتائج ذات دقه عالية. خرجت الدراسة الي ان المجال الصناعي يسيطر كليا على الاستثمار مقارنة مع المجال الذراعي والخدمي ، كما خرجت الى ان صناعة البلاستيك هي الصناعة الانجح في المجال الصناعي وان منطقة ام درمان هي المنطقة الانجح من حيث الاستثمار. شملت عينة الدراسه على 28801 مشروع استثماري في ولاية الخرطوم. تم اختيار تقنيات التنقيب في البيانات كونها الأنسب للاستفادة من حجم هذه البيانات وكذلك لأنها تستخدم خوارزميات استنباطيه ذكية تستخدم غالبا لدعم اتخاذ القرار.

Abstract

This thesis presents a study applied in the discovery of knowledge using data mining techniques where the problem of the study lies in the presence of unutilized data and the inability to predict the status of working projects and the inability to predict the feasibility of new projects. The objective of this study is to analyze the data of investors and to come up with results that help support the investment policies of the decision-makers in the Commission where the descriptive analytical method was used. The data were analyzed using the weka program and the c4.5 algorithm was predicted work and not work, the algorithm is efficient in predicting and its ability to give high accuracy results. The study concluded that the industrial field dominates the investment in comparison with the field of agriculture and services.it also concluded that the plastic industry is the most successful industry in the industrial field and that the Omdurman region is the most successful region in terms of investment. The study sample included 28801 investment projects in Khartoum State. Data mining techniques were chosen as the most appropriate to take advantage of the size of these data as well as because they use intelligent deductive algorithms often used to support decision making.
