دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في إدارة المخزون (بالتطبيق على مصنع صافولا للغزل والنسيج في الفترة من 2010 – 2020م)

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في إدارة المخزون (بالتطبيق مصنع صافولا للغزل والنسيج). تمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن العديد من المنظمت بالقطاع الصناعي لا تستخدم الطرق العلمية للتخزين والمناولة على الرغم من تأثير ذلك على أداء المنظمة . فنقصان المخزون يؤدي الى تعطل الإنتاج بينما زيادة المخزون تعني عدم استثمار قيمة المخزون الزائد واستغلال مساحة تخزينية بدون فائدة بالرغم من ظهور العديد من الطرق الناجزة لإدارة المخزون بطريقة فاعلة مثل استخدام الحاسوب والبرمجيات في تخطيط الإمداد وتحديد المستويات واستخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية في ترشيد قرارات الإدارة وتحسين إدارة المخزون. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور متغيرات نظم المعلومات الإدارية (نظام أجهزة الحاسوب ، نظام البرمجيات ، نظام الإجراءات ، نظام شبكات الاتصال ، نظام قاعدة البيانات ، نظام مهارات العاملين) في إدارة المخزون بمصنع صافولا للغزل والنسيج وفقاً لأبعاد إدارة المخزون (تدفق المواد ، تقليل التكلفة ، سرعة الانجاز ، كفاءة العمليات ، المرونة). معرفة العلاقة بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية وإدارة المخزون لدى العاملين فى مصنع صافولا للغزل والنسيج بما يحقق أهدافه. وفروض هذا البحث تفرعت من الفرضية الرئيسية وهي ، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية وإدارة المخزون بمصنع صافولا للغزل والنسيج . إتبعت الباحثة لأغراض الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى. توصل البحث الى عدة نتائج منها : إن العاملون بالمصنع يتميز أداءهم بسرعة الانجاز وقلة التكلفة، يوجد بالمصنع نظام معلومات ادارية متطور ومواكب وأبعاده تتناسب واحتياجات إدارة المخزون بالمصنع ،أوصت الباحثة بالعديد من التوصيات منها : نسبة للتغير السريع في بيئة العمل والعوامل المؤثرة على النظام يتعين على إدارة المصنع أن تقوم بتحديث وتطوير أنظمة المعلومات الإدارية بما يتناسب والتقدم التكنولوجي واحتياجات العميل في المستقبل وبالتالي مواجهة المنافسين ، ضرورة تبسيط اجراءات العمل الى ابسط ما يمكن، على إدارة المصنع أن تقوم بمشاركة المستخدمين لنظم المعلومات الإدارية بتحديد ما يطلبون من النظام أن يقوم به وذلك في مرحلة جمع بيانات النظام قبل تصميم النظام حتى تضمن الإدارة أن النظام المرجح سيفي بمتطلباتهم وبالتالي سوف يلتزمون به ، وكذلك أن تقوم الإدارة بتدريب العاملين على الوسائل الحديثة لتطبيق نظم المعلومات الإدارية كما ينبغي.

Abstract The research dealt with the role of management information systems in inventory management (in application, the Savola Spinning and Weaving Factory). The research problem was that many organizations in the industrial sector do not use scientific methods of storage and handling, despite the impact of this on the organizations performance. Decreased inventory leads to production disruption, while increasing inventory means not investing the value of the excess inventory and using storage space without benefit, despite the emergence of many effective ways to manage inventory in an effective manner, such as using computers and software in supply planning, setting levels, and using management information systems to rationalize management decisions and improve management Inventory. The study aimed to identify the role of management information systems variables (computer hardware system, software system, procedures system, communication network system, database system, employee skills system) in inventory management at the Savola Spinning and Weaving Factory according to the dimensions of inventory management (material flow, cost reduction). speed of delivery, efficiency of operations, flexibility). Knowing the relationship between management information systems and inventory management for workers in the Savola Spinning and Weaving Factory to achieve its objectives. The hypotheses of this research branched off from the main hypothesis, which is, there is a statistically significant relationship between management information systems and inventory management at the Savola Spinning and Weaving Factory. For the purposes of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method. The research reached several results, including: The factory workers are characterized by their speed of completion and low cost. The factory has a sophisticated and accompanying management information system and its dimensions commensurate with the needs of inventory management in the factory. The researcher recommended many recommendations, including: In relation to the rapid change in the work environment and factors affecting the system, Factory management is to update and develop management information systems in line with technological progress and customer needs in the future and thus facing competitors. The need to simplify work procedures to the simplest possible. The stage of collecting system data before designing the system in order for the administration to ensure that the likely system will meet their requirements and therefore they will abide by it, as well as for the administration to train employees on modern means of applying management information systems as it should.
