تطوير نظام محوسب لإدارة المنظمات الخيرية بالتطبيق على منظمة الهيئة الخيرية الإسلامية العالمية

Abstract

المستخلص منظمة الهيئة الخيرية الإسلامية العالمية هي منظمة عالمية مقرها دولة الكويت و لها مجموعة فروع منتشرة حول العالم بما فيها الفرع الموجود في الخرطوم و تقوم بدعم الأسر الفقيرة والمشاريع الخيرية . تكمن مشكله البحث في البطء والتأخر في إنجاز المهام الموكلة للمنظمة وتوزيع التبرعات والسرعة في إنجاز المشاريع الخيرية و تقديم العون للمحتاجين بسبب عدم وجود نظام محوسب يسهل هذه العمليات ويقلل من استخدام النظام التقليدي عن طريق الورق و الاستمارات. وتهدف الدراسة الى عمل نظام متكامل يساعد المنظمة في إدارة أعمالها بدقه عالية وسهوله بحيث يوفر مرونة كامل في التعامل مع المستفيدين من الأسر الفقيرة و المتبرعين والمشاريع بمختلف انواعها الكبيرة منها والصغيرة او المتوسطة وادارتها بكفاءة عالية , بحيث يوفر مجموعه من التقارير التي تساعد متخذي القرار في المنظمة للقيام بعملهم بشكل سهل وميسر. تم استخدام المنهج العلمي التطبيقي في عمليه تحليل النظام بحيث تم الاعتماد على طريقه التحليل من اسفل الى اعلى باستخدام الكينونات و العلاقات بينها و لغة فيجول بيسك للبرمجة و قواعد بيانات SQL. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة أن النظام الجديد اثبت كفاءته ومقدرته في اداره أعمال المنظمة وتوفير كل المعلومات المطلوبة عن المستفيدين والعاملين بالمنظمة وعرض التقارير الانيه عنهم ومقدرته ايضا على حفظ البيانات واسترجاعها بطريقه امنه وسهله بحيث يوفر سرعه في الاداء ودقه في التنفيذ . اوصت الدراسة بتطوير النظام ليصبح موقع إنترنت يمكن المنظمة من إدارة الأعمال من خلال الويب ويكون في شبكة عالمية تربط جميع الفروع للمنظمة مع بعضها البعض .

Abstract The International Islamic Charitable Organization is a global organization based in the State of Kuwait and has a group of branches spread around the world, including the branch in Khartoum, which supports poor families and charitable projects. The problem of research is the slow and late completion of the tasks assigned to the organization and the distribution of donations and speed in the completion of charitable projects and provide assistance to those in need because of the lack of computerized system facilitates these processes and reduce the use of the traditional system through paper and forms. The study aims at the work of an integrated system that helps the organization in managing its business with high accuracy and ease so as to provide complete flexibility in dealing with the beneficiaries of poor families, donors and projects of various types, large, small or medium, and managing them with high efficiency, providing a range of reports that help decision makers in Organization to do their work easily and easily. The applied scientific method was used in the process of analyzing the system so that it was based on the method of analysis from bottom to top using the entities and relations between them and the language of visual Basic programming and SQL databases. The most important results of the study that the new system proved its efficiency and ability to manage the work of the Organization and provide all the information required about the beneficiaries and employees of the Organization and the presentation of reports on them and its ability to save data and retrieval in a safe and easy to provide a speed in performance and accuracy in implementation. The study recommended developing the system to become an Internet site that enables the organization to manage the business through the web and be in a global network that connects all branches of the organization to each other.
