أثر سياسات الإصلاح الإقتصادي لصندوق النقد الدولي على أداء الجهاز المصرفي في السودان ( 1999 – 2008 م )

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناول البحث موضوع سياسات الإصلاح الإقتصادي لصندوق النقد الدولي وأثرها على القطاع المصرفي في السودان وذلك خلال الفترة من ( 1999 – 2008 م ) . يضم البحث ثلاثة فصول ، تناول الفصل الأول الخلفية التاريخية للقطاع المصرفي، ومفهوم الإصلاح المصرفي ومراحل عملياتها في السودان ، وتناول الفصل الثاني برامج الإصلاح الإقتصادي والتصحيح الهيكلي وأثر السياسات الإقتصادية على سلامة المصارف ، أما الفصل الثالث فتناول سياسات الإصلاح وإعادة الهيكلة وأثرها على القطاع المصرفي ، وتم جمع المعلومات المتعلقة بهذا البحث من المصادر الثانوية . خلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها تحسن موقف المصارف السودانية فيما يتعلق برؤوس أموالها ، وحجم الودائع ، وحجم التمويل المصرفي بالإضافة إلى إنخفاض معدل التضخم واستقرار سعر الصرف . ثم أوصى البحث بعدة توصيات تعمل في مجملها على رفع كفاءة القطاع المصرفي وتحسين الوضع الإقتصادي . This research takes up the economic reform of the International Fund and its impact on the banking sector in the Sudan, during the period (1999 – 2008 A.D.).

The research is composed of three chapters, the first chapter took up the historical background of the banking sector, the concept of economic reform and the stages of its operations in the Sudan. And the second chapter took up the economic reform programmes, rectification, and the impact of the economic policies on the integrity of banks.

As for the third chapter it took up the policies of reform and restructuring of the banking sector. The information connected with this research was collected from secondary sources.

The research arrived at a number of results, the most important of which is the improvement of the status of Sudanese banks in what is connected with their capitals, the size of deposits and the size of bank financing, in addition to lowering of the inflation rate and stability of exchange rate. Then the research put a number of recommendations, that in their totality strive to raise the efficiency of the banking sector and improvement fo the economic situation.
