Abstract

Abstract The Effect 0fTQM In Work Performance Total Quality Management is one of the media for work performance in the firms , to reach the goals of these firms, to over come the competition, there for the media to achieve total quality management in the firms to make good compliance. /' This study tries to find an answer of what is the main concepts of ( TQM) which can be improve work performance, the topic of the study is divided into five chapters: ' Chapter one: presented total quality management that can increases the work performance. ' Chapter two: devoted to the main concepts of total quality management. Chapter three 1 shed light on how to practice total quality management between planning and execution. Chapter four explores the main concepts on how to make work performance in general firms. - Chapter five present the results and the recommendation of the study. Generally, it can be said that total quality management can guide the most efforts can be done by he management, this study analyzes the execution of ( TQM) between planning and practical field. The end of this analyzes concludes the work performance improvement media. To reach the results and recommendations the study follows the descriptive method worth mentioning that the researcher checked so many refrences in the field of the study the thing that can be fruitful to the researcher & make a questionnaire to reach the goals of the study. The researcher approves hypotheses upon which this study was built as follows: there is a positive relationship between total quality management and work performance. & there is a relationship between the practice of total quality management. Finally, the researcher introduces the recommendation of the study such as: . -Make short hand to the work procedures for better execution. - To make feed back for the data between college departments. - The direct manager should represent a good suitable support to the workers continously. - The management should use blingual assessment to evaluate the workers »|' efforts.
