بعض الأمراض النفسية والعقلية وعلاقتها بفصيلة الدم للمرضى المترددين على مستشفى التجاني الماحي

Abstract

مستخلص البحث يهدف البحث لمعرفة توزيع نسب المرض النفسي تبعا لمتغير فصيلة الدم ، والتعرف على توزيع نسب الاضطراب النفسي تبعا لمتغير النوع ، و معرفة توزيع نسب فصيلة الدم تبعا لمتغير (النوع والفصيلة)بمستشفى التجاني الماحي ، تكونت عينة البحث من (94) مريضا، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي واستبانه المعلومات وسجلات المرضى واختبار فصيلة الدم كأداة لجمع البيانات . استخدمت الباحثة و اختبار مربع كأيكأسلوب إحصائيوقد توصلت إلى النتائج الآتية : عدم وجود دلالة إحصائية لتوزيع الاضطراب النفسي حسب فصيلة الدم ، توجد دلاله إحصائية لتوزيع الاضطراب النفسي حسب النوع, ، لا توجد دلالة إحصائية لتوزيع فصيلة الدم حسب النوع ، وقدمت الباحثة عددا من التوصيات في ختام البحث أهمهاالبحث عن الفروق في القدرات العقلية وفقا لفصائل الدم .

ABSTARCT This Study aimat to investigate the distributions of the percentages of mental illness according to blood group among patients at AltigahniAlmahie psychiatric hospital. The study also aimat to investigate the difference of mental mental illness and blood group according to patients' gender. The descriptive correlation method applied to achieve the objectives of this study. Stratified random sample of (94) patients selected from the population of the study. Blood group test were investigated, and a questionnaire distributed to the patients. Data analyzed by applying the Statistical Package for Social Science using Chi-Square to test the hypothesis of the study. The most important results of the study were as follows: There is no significant distribution of mental disorders according to blood group among patients at AltigahniAlmahie psychiatric hospital. There is a significant distribution of mental disorders according to gender among patients at AltigahniAlmahie psychiatric hospital. The study concluded with a bundle of recommendations for futures studies such as carrying studies investigating the relationship look for differences inmental abilities according to blood groups .
