Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور الاتفاقيات الجمركـــية في تسهيل التجارة الدولية بالتركيز علي العلاقات التجارية بين السودان و جمهورية مصر العربية للفترة (2006م-2016م)، ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف علي مفهوم التجارة الدولية والتكتلات الاقتصادية والاتفاقيات الجمركية التي بين السودان ومصر، بحث واقع الميزان التجاري الصادرات والواردات السلعية بين السودان ومصر،وتقويم مدي استفادة الاقتصاد السوداني من الاتفاقيات الجمركية بين السودان ومصر.تتمثل مشكلة البحث في ضعف استفادة السودان من التكتلات والاتفاقيات التجارية والتي من بينها التكتلات والاتفاقيات التجارية والجمركية بين السودان ومصر، ويمكن صياغتها في التساؤل الرئيسي التالي:هل اثمرت الاتفاقيات الجمركية في تسهيل التجارة بين السودان ومصر؟ انتهجت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التحليلي الإحصائي عن طريق جمع البيانات من مصادرها الأولية والثانوية وتحليلها باستخدام التحليل الإحصائي، المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي في الجانب النظري والتحليلي لتحليل البيانات والمعلومات،من أهم النتائج التجارة الخارجية بين البلدين أكثر أهمية لمصر من السودان حيث يميل الميزان التجاري في كل الأعوام لصالح جمهورية مصر العربية بسبب استيراد السودان سلع من جمهورية مصر تفوق التي يقوم بتصديرها، اعتماد السودان علي تصدير مواد أولية خام من منتجات زراعية وحيوانات حية ومنتجاتها دون إضافة قيمة مضافة لها مما قلل قيمة الصادر، ومن أهم التوصيات الاهتمام بعمليات التصنيع من اجل التصدير، الالتزام بمواصفات الصادر العالمية للمنافسة في الأسواق العالمية.

Abstract

This research addresses the role of customs agreements in facilitating international trade by focusing on trade relations between Sudan and Egypt for the period (2006 - 2016) with the aim of understanding the concepts of international trade, economic blocs, customs agreements between Sudan and Egypt, and evaluating the extent to which the Sudanese economy benefits from these bilateral customs agreements. The research problem is represented in Sudan’s weak benefit from trade blocs and agreements, among which are those trade and customs blocs and agreements between the two countries, as can be formulated in the following main question: Have these customs agreements facilitated trade between Sudan and Egypt? The study adopts the historical approach, the analytical descriptive approach and the statistical analytical approach by collecting data from its primary and secondary sources and analyzing it using statistical analysis, the descriptive and historical approach in the theoretical and analytical aspect of data and information analysis, one of the most important outcomes of foreign trade between the two countries is the fact that Egypt is more beneficiary than Sudan, as the trade balance throughout the years is in favour of Egypt , because the import of goods from Egypt are more than the exports to Egypt ,in addition to Sudan's dependence on exporting raw materials from agricultural products, live animals, and their products without an added value, which leads to reduction in the value of the export, One of the most important recommendations of this study is taking care ofmanufacturing processes for export, adherence to international exportspecifications to compete in global markets.
