دور صناعـة السكر في تنميـة المرأة الريفيـة (دراسة حالة مصنع سكر الجنيد بولاية الجزيرة)

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور مصانع السكر في تنمية المرأة الريفية "دراسة ميدانية مصنع سكر الجنيد، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في مدى إسهام المصانع في تنمية المرأة الريفية بالجنيد من حيث الجانب الاجتماعي، وإلى أيّ مدى كان ذلك الإسهام ذا أثر في الجانب الاقتصادي. تمثلت أهمية البحث في معرفة نوعية الخدمات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المصاحبة لهذه المصانع وأثرها على مجتمع الدراسة وفي مدى تقبلهم لها واكتفائهم منها، ودراسة أوضاع النساء في منطقة الجنيد وذلك للوصول إلى نتائج وتوصيات تفيد المهتمين بهذا المجال في الدراسات والبحوث وإثراء النقاش العلمي حول الموضوع. يهدف البحث أيضاً إلى التعرف على دور المصنع وأثره الاقتصادي على مجتمع الدراسة، التعرف على مدى إسهام المرأة العاملة بمنطقة الجنيد في تنمية مجتمع الدراسة ،الكشف عن دور مصانع السكر في رفع المستوى التعليمي للمرأة في تنمية المجتمع المحلي بمنطقة الجنيد. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التاريخي لمعرفة تاريخ الصناعات والدراسات السابقة في المنطقة وكما استخدمت المنهج الوصفي للوصول لتساؤلات الدراسة. توصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها: عمل المصنع على تقديم الدعم لتعزيز بيئة مناسبة ومواتية للأعمال لصالح المرأة العاملة بما فيها التعاونيات في المناطق الريفية بالقرب من المصنع، النهوض بالعمالة من خلال الهياكل الأساسية وبرامج الاستثمار، بما في ذلك النهج القائم على اليد العاملة، برامج ضمان العمالة، كما استهدف المصنع البرامج الرامية إلى خلق بيئة اجتماعية جيدة بما في ذلك تنظيم المشاريع الخدمية والتنموية لصالح المرأة الريفية في المناطق الريفية .

Abstract The research deals with the role of sugar factories in the develop-ment of rural women "A field study of the Junaid Sugar Factory. The research problem exemplified the extent the factories have contributed to the development of rural women with Junaid on the social life and factories' contribution in the development of rural women with Junaid hinterland on the economic life. The importance and the research is to a quite the quality of social and economic services delivered by these factories and their impact on the study community, the extent of their acceptance of them and their sufficiency in them, presenting a study on the role of sugar factories in the development of rural women by studying the status of women in the Al-Junaid area in order to reach results and recommendations that benefit those interested in this field in studies Research and enrichment of scientific debate on the topic. The research aims to identify the role of the factory and its economic impact on the study community, to identify the extent of the contribution of women working in Al-Junaid area to the development of the study community, to reveal the role of sugar factories in raising the educational level of women in the development of the local community in Al-Junaid area. The researcher used the historical method to know the history of industries and previous studies in the region. She also used the descriptive and analytical approach to reach the goals of the study SS. The research reached a number of results, including the factory’s work on providing support to foster an appropriate and business-friendly environment for working women, including cooperatives in rural areas near the factory, employment promotion through infrastructure and investment programs, including labor-based approaches; Employment guarantee programs, targeting the factory Programs aimed at creating a good social environment, including the organization of service and development projects for the benefit of rural women in rural areas.
