تقييم مواقع الويب السودانية (المواقع الحكومية، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، والتعليمية ،و التجارية ،والافراد)عن طريق نموذج الجودة المقترح

Abstract

المستخلص شهدت السنوات الأخيرة نمواً كبيراً في استخدام شبكة الإنترنت وزيادة في عدد المواقع الإلكترونية مما أدى إلى الاهتمام بجودة المواقع الإلكترونية وضرورة وضع معايير لتقييم المواقع الإلكترونية السودانية. تناولت الدراسة مفهوم المواقع والبوابات الإلكترونية، وأهدافها، ومميزاتها، وأنواعها، بالإضافة إلى جودة ومعايير المواقع الإلكترونية، ومفهوم الجودة بصورة عامة. كما تطرقت للدراسات السابقة ومواقع الويب في العالم والوطن العربي وأفريقيا والسودان ومن ثم جهود الدولة في دعم تطور المواقع السودانية. وتم تصميم نموذج للجودة يحتوي على مقاييس ذات أهمية بالغة للمواقع وأيضاً مقاييس معترف بها عالمياً من قبل المؤسسات العالمية لتقييم المواقع، من حيث سهولة الاستخدام، وجودة المحتوى، والنواحي الجمالية، والوسائط المتعددة، والسمعة والأمنية، وكل منها يأخذ نسباً محددة على حسب أهمية توفرها في الموقع، وهذه النسب تختلف على حسب طبيعة المواقع ووفق توجهها. كما قامت الدراسة ببناء تطبيق لتقييم جودة المواقع الإلكترونية حسب النموذج المقترح، وتم تطبيق هذا النموذج على المواقع السودانية (الحكومية، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، والتعليمية، والتجارية والافراد)، وقد اعتمد الباحث على أسلوب التوجه نحو الكينونة لبناء النظام، وتم اعتماد لغة الPHP لبرمجة النظام مع استخدام بعض أكواد لغة JavaScript والـCSS لتنسيق شاشات النظام، كما تم بناء وتصميم قاعدة البيانات باستخدام الـMySQL ، وأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة أنه لابد من تحسين وتطوير هيكلية ومحتوى المواقع الالكترونية السودانية وتحديث البيانات الموجودة في أغلب المواقع الحكومية والمؤسسات ونشر بيانات حديثة بصورة دورية و لابد من التفكير والسعي الجاد لتطبيق هذه المقاييس على كافة المواقع الالكترونية للمؤسسات السودانية.Abstract

Recent decades have seen significant growth in the use of the Internet and the

increase in the number of websites which led to the interest in the quality of

websites and the need to develop criteria for evaluating electronic Sudanese sites.

The current study investigates the concept of the website and electronic gates: the

aims, advantages, and types thereof as well as the quality and standards of websites

and the concept of quality in general. The study has consulted the previous studies

and websites world-wide, and in the Arab World, Africa, and Sudan, and the

efforts exerted by the government in upgrading Sudanese websites.

The study aims at proposing a quality model consisting of highly significant

standards and world-wide recognized standards for evaluating these sites in terms

of ease of access, quality of content, aesthetic aspects, multi-media, reputation, and

safety, each of which having certain percentages according to the importance of

their availability in the website. The percentages differ also according to the nature

of the site and the orientation. The study has also built an application for assessing

the quality of websites in conformity with the model proposed. This model has

been applied in the governmental, educational, and commercial websites in Sudan.

The researcher has adopted an entity-oriented approach for building the system, as

well as employing the PHP for programming the system together with some codes

of JavaScript and CSS for designing system interfaces. A database has also been

designed using MySQL.

The most important result of the study it has to be to improve and develop the

structure and content of the Sudanese websites and update the data in the majority

of government websites and institutions modern data and deploy regular and must

of thinking and striving to apply these standards to all websites of the Sudanese

institutions.
