نظام محوسب لإدارة الجامعات

Abstract

مستخلص التعليم هو قطرة التقدم و أساس البناء و آليه الحراك الإجتماعي و الموجه في صياغة المستقبل و يمثل التعليم العالي رأس الحربة في مسيرة التقدم لذا فإن التطوير المستمر في منظومة التعليم العالي هو أمر حتمي يحتاج هذا التطوير في مراحل معينة إلى إعادة صياغة للروية و الرسالة والأهداف و الإستراتيجيات و السياسات و التي تضمن ملاءمة منظومة التعليم العالي لمتطلبات الحاضر و المستقبل . هذا هذا النظام إلى حل المشاكل الموجودة في نظام الجامعات من التأخير في تسجيل بيانات الطلاب و حفظها في قواعد بيانات أمنه بحيث يمكن إستراجاعها و إستخدامها عند الحاجة بشكل تقارير أو إستعلامات . ولايتم ذلك إلا بعملية تطوير أنظمة الكليات لتكون مواكبة للتطوير الكبير في مجال تقانة المعلومات و هذا هو الهدف الأساسي من هذا المشروع حيث سوف يتم إستخدام نظام محوسب يستخدم في إداره الكلية و اللإستفادة من كل الموارد المتاحة لهذا الغرض . وتهدف الدراسة إلى عمل نظام متكامل يساعد الكلية في إدارة برامجها و أنشطتها بدقه عالية و سهوله بحيث يوفر مرونة كاملة في التعامل مع الطلاب و المدرسين و المواد بمختلف أنواعها و إدارتها بكفاءه عالية ، بحيث يوفر مجموعة من التقارير التي تساعد متخذي القرار في الكلية للقيام بعملهم بشكل سهل و ميسر . تم إستخدام منهجية التحليل الكينوني في عملية تحليل النظام بحيث تم الإعتماد على طريقة التحليل من أسفل إلى أعلى بحيث يتم تحليل النظام من الوحدات العليا الى السفلى بشكل كامل و الذي يساعد في تحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة من النظام . وقد تم إستخدام النظام التحليل الكينوني من أسفل الى أعلى في تحليل هذا النظام.

Abstract Education is a drop of progress and the basis of the construction and the mechanism of social mobility and directed at shaping the future and represents higher education spearheaded the march of progress, therefore, the continuous development in the higher education system is imperative that development needs at certain stages to be rewritten for a leisurely and mission, goals and strategies and policies which ensure relevance of higher education to the requirements of present and future system. That this system to resolve the problems solution in the university system of the delay in the registration of students and data saved in the security of the databases so that they can recovery and use when needed in reports or queries. And items are not only the process of developing college systems to keep pace with the significant development in the field of information technology and this is the main objective of this project will be used where a computerized system is used in the management of the college and to advance of all available resources for this purpose. The study aims to work integrated system will help the college in the management of its programs and activities with high accuracy and ease so it offers complete flexibility in dealing with students and teachers and materials of various kinds and managed efficiently, so that it provides a set of reports that will help decision-makers in college to do their job easy and facilitator. The methodology used in the analysis entities system analysis process so you are relying on the method of analysis from the bottom up so that the system is analyzed from the upper to the lower units fully and which helps to achieve the desired goals of the system. I have been using the system analysis entities from bottom to top in the analysis of this system.
