Abstract

abstract This study considered to be an attempt to review the forms of joint work and efforts taken by the Arab countries to realize an Arab common market as one stage of exclusive economic integration, to stand against the international economic development during the sixties of the last century . The study also tried to analyze and study the stage of common market and to explain the it’s position within the process of exclusive economic integration . Moreover the study tried to evaluate the experience of the Arab countries to establish their cormnon market t in 1963. The evaluation process pointed out the problems that faced the process of implementation with reference to the experience of other regional attempts with emphasis on E E C experience (European Economic comnnmity) The result of the study came across different issues . The result has shown the potentialities of the Arab countries and the obstacles that face the Arab to formulate an active economic assembly as realized by the European countries . I11 addition the study recommended some actions and measurements to be taken by the Arab countries . These include political, economical and technical measures as detailed in the study.
