دور الأسر البديلة في تنشئة الأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الوالدية (دراسة حالة قرية الأطفال SOS السودان)

Abstract

المستخلص عنوان البحث " دور الأسر البديلة في تنشئة الأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الوالدية ،" تمثلت مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسى: هل تقوم الأسر البديلة بدورها في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الوالدية ؟ بالإضافة الى بعض الاسئلة الفرعية ومنها : هل تقوم الأسر البديلة بدورها في إدماج هؤلاء الأطفال في المجتمع؟ تأتى أهمية البحث من الفئة التي يبحثها " الأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الوالدية "باعتبار أن الطفولة مرحلة مهمة في بناء شخصية الفرد , وعدم وجود والدين لهذا الطفل لا تسقط مسؤولية الدولة والمجتمع في التنشئة الاجتماعية والنفسية لهؤلاء الأطفال ورعايتهم داخل الدور الإيوائية والأسر البديلة هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الأسر البديلة في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية للأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الوالدية، والكشف عن دور الأسرة البديلة في عملية التكيف الاجتماعي للأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الوالدية، ومن ثم الاستفادة منهم في المجتمع، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, وبلغت عينة البحث (50) طفلا وطفلة من قرية الأطفال sos السودان " Save Our Souls تم اختيارها بطريقة المسح الشامل للفئة العمرية (9-14 ) سنة . توصل البحث الى أن الأسر البديلة تقوم بدور كبير وجهد مقدر في رعاية الأطفال الذين فقدوا والديهم بأسباب مختلفة , وتعمل على تنشئتهم التنشئة السليمة كي يصبح هؤلاء الأطفال يعتمد عليهم في المستقبل، كما تبين من خلال البحث الميداني أن معظم العاملين داخل قرية الأطفال من النساء لكونهن الأقدر على التعامل مع هذه الشريحة من الأطفال خاصة في المراحل العمرية الأولى لما تتميز به المرأة من حب وحنان ورفق وفقاً لاستعدادها الفطري للأمومة . خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة تفعيل دور الدولة في الدعم المادي والفني والمتابعة لقرية الأطفال السودان .وتكثيف البرامج التدريبية للكادر البشرى العامل مع الأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الوالدية كما توصى بضرورة تفعيل دور الاعلام في تعريف المجتمع بالأطفال فاقدي الرعاية الوالدية وتشجيع الأسر لرعايتهم .

Abstract The title of the Research is “Role of alternative families in their socialization Children without parental care." The problem of research was to answer the main question: alternative families in turn do the socialization of children without parental care? Are alternative families in turn integrating these children into society? The importance of research comes from the category researched by "children without parental care" since childhood is an important stage in building the personality of the individual, and the absence of religion for this child does not diminish the responsibility of the state and society in the social and psychological upbringing of these children and their care within the housing role and alternative families. To identify the role of alternative families in the process of socialization of children without parental care, to identify their role in the social adjustment process for children without parental care, and then to benefit from them in society. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, (50) boys and girls from the village of sos Sudan "save our souls" were selected in a comprehensive survey of the age group (9-14) years, The Research found that alternative families play a significant role and effort in caring for children who have lost their parents for a variety of reasons and are working to raise them up properly so that these children will be dependent on them in the future. The field research shows that most of the workers in the village are women because they are the most capable to deal with this segment of children, especially in the early stages of the woman because of the love and tenderness and tenderness according to their innate readiness for motherhood. The researcher recommends a number of recommendations including: The necessity of activating the role of the state in material and technical support and follow-up to the village of children Sudan. Intensive training programs for human staff working with children without parental care It is also recommended to activate the role of media in the definition of the community children without parental care and encourage families to care for them.
