الأمن المائي وأثره الاقتصادي على السودان ومصر

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث قيام سد النهضة الاثيوبي وأثره على الأمن المائي في السودان ومصر، يحاول البحث توضيح ما إذا كان لقيام سد النهضة أثار اقتصادية واجتماعية وبيئية على الدول الثلاثة "إثيوبيا، السودان، مصر". حيث يحاول البحث الاجابة على الاسئلة التالية، ما هي إمكانات التخزين على النيل الأزرق بعد قيام سد النهضة؟ ما هو أثر سد النهضة الإثيوبي في معالجة مشكلة نقص المياه والإمداد الكهربائي خلال فترة الجفاف؟ إلى أي مدى يمكن لسد النهضة الإثيوبي معالجة مشكلة الفيضانات والكوارث التي تحدثها؟ ما هو الأثر البيئي لقيام سد النهضة الإثيوبي؟. كما يهدف البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل الآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية للسدود بصورة عامة، وإبراز الأثر الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لسد النهضة الإثيوبي بالبلدان الثلاثة، ودراسة إمكانية مساهمة سد النهضة الإثيوبي في معالجة مشكلة المياه والكهرباء بالبلدان الثلاثة، ومحاولة توضيح تأثير مشروع سد النهضة الإثيوبي على زيادة الإنتاج الزراعي والاقتصاد بالسودان ومصر. ومدى تأثير فترة ملء سد النهضة الاثيوبي على انتاج الزراعي والكهربائي خاصة في فترة الجفاف بالنسبة للسودان ومصر. يقلل سد النهضة الاثيوبي من حدوث كوارث طبيعية مثل الفيضانات ويكون تأثيره أقل حدة على السودان مقارنة بمصر. يهدف إلى التحكم في مياه النيل، ممّا يؤثر سلبا على الأوضاع الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية في السودان مصر.
