توزيع الخدمات التعليمية والصحية في محلية أبوسعد (دراسة في جغرافية الخدمات)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناولت الدراسة توزيع الخدمات الاجتماعية ( التعليمية والصحية ) في منطقة أبوسعد . هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العوامل التي تتحكم فى توزيع الخدمات الإجتماعية فى المنطقة ومدى كفايتها وتناسبها مع العددية السكانية .، وإتبعت الدراسة المنهجين الإستقرائي والإستنباطي في جمع وتحليل البيانات ثم الإعتماد على المصادر الأولية والثانوية ، وكان للعمل الميدانى أهمية كبرى فى جمع البيانات من مقابلات شخصية ومسح ميدانى . تم عرض خطة البحث وإجرا ءتها المنهجية والتى تضمنت مشكلة البحث وأهمية البحث والفروض والتعرف على منطقة الدراسة والصعوبات التى واجهت الباحثة . ثم تعريف تخطيط الخدمات ، وأسس تخطيط الخدمات ونظريات تخطيط الخدمات . و التعرف على المظاهر الطبيعية والخصائص البشرية . وتناولت الدراسةإستخدام الأرض والتخطيط العمرانى . ثم الخدمات التعليمية والصحية وكيفية توزيعها ومدى تناسبها و كفايتها مع العددية السكانية ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها ، أن محلية أبوسعد تعانى عدم التوزيع الأمثل للخدمات وتناسبها مع عدد المربعات ، ومعاناة بعض السكان فى الوصول للخدمات ، وسيادة القطاع الخاص على القطاع العام . وانتهت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات التى يمكن أن تساهم فى حل مشكلة الخدمات ، منها التوسع فى مجال التعليم الحكومى ومراعاة التوزيع الأمثل فية حتى لاتحرم بعض الأحياء السكنية من الخدمات ، و معالجة السكن العشوائى المتواجد داخل المنطقة وإذابتة فى وسط الخطط الإسكانية حتى لايكون سببا فى إستيعاب المزيد من الخلايا العشوائية ، والتوسع فى الخدمات الصحية بأنشاء مراكز جديدة حكومية ومتخصصة يراعى فيها الكثافة السكانية فى المنطقة وتوفير المعدات الازمة لها .

Abstract

The study has surrounded the distribution of social services, educational and health services, at the area of Abou Siead. The target of study is to show the factors which controlled the distribution of social services in the area, and how far these services are suitable and satisfy the needs of the inhabitants. The study follows the way of collecting and analysing of the data taken on the first and the secondary sources. The field work; interview and field survey has a great help in the usage of statistical methods. The study contains the research plan, the procedure of the program which includes the research problem, the important of the research, the queries, the acquaintance of the area which in concern of the study and the difficulties that faces the researcher. The Study includes the services planning, the fundamentals and theories of services planning and the acknowledgement of the nature and human features. Also, it includes study of the land usage, urban planning, and the directed plan of Khartoum State. And the distribution of the educational and health services and their suitability and satisfaction to the needs of the numbers of inhabitants.The Results of the Research. Abou Siead area is suffering of unsuitable distribution of educational and health services according to the numbers of buildings blocks. Therefore, a lot of people can not make use of services. Also many private sectors have a superior attract over the government sectors. The conclusion. The recommendation which can participate in solving the problems of services: 1- Widen and extend of the government education sectors in an ideal distribution for the benefit of the inhabitants. 2- The random buildings should be removed or distributed in the middle of inhabitant plans. Otherwise, more random buildings will appeared. .3- Construction of more government health centers and specialized health centers are needed according to the thickness of population of the area.
