تطوير نظام حسابات لشركة مقاولات دراسة حالة (شركة كون للإنشاءات)

Abstract

المستخلص تمثل المعلومات عنصراً هاماً ومورداً استراتيجياً تعتمد عليها المؤسسات وذلك بالاعتماد على نظام معلوماتي محوسب يساعدهم في اتخاذ القرار ، وشركة كون للإنشاءات كمؤسسة كبيرة تحتاج الى نظام محاسبي يساعد في عملية إدارة المشاريع الإنشائية والمنصرفات وأجور العمال وغيرها من الإجراءات المحاسبية المطلوبة في مثل هذه المؤسسات ، حيث تكمن المشكلة في ضياع الزمن والجهد في عملية إدارة المشاريع بسبب كثرة المستندات والفواتير التي يتم عملها يومياً لعدة مشاريع مما يجعل أمر إدارتها صعباً ومعقداً ، وايضاً صعوبة الحصول على التقارير الأنية عن سير العمل في المشاريع وبالتالي صعوبة إتخاذ القرار المناسب ، من حيث المنهجية تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع لغة النمذجة الموحدة (Unified Modeleing Language)(UML) واستخدام لغة VB.net في تصميم وتنفيذ النظام وقواعد البيانات من نوع (Sutructure Query Language)(SQL) ، حيث هدف البحث إلى توفير الوقت والتكلفة على إدارة المشاريع والعمال وتسهيل حساب التكلفة والمنصرفات لهذه المشاريع بسهولة ، تم الحصول على عده نتائج من أهمها ان النظام يوفر الكثير من الوقت والجهد والمال في إدارة المشاريع ويساعد في الوصول إلى المعلومات بسرعة وايضاً يساهم في تخزين البيانات وإسترجاعها عند الحوجة وإستخدامها في عملية اتخاذ القرارات بكفائة وفعالية عالية وبأقل مجهود ممكن ، ومن التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث هي ربط النظام من خلال تطبيق أندرويد أو موقع ويب يتم من خلاله إدارة الإجراءت الحسابية من خلاله في أي زمان ومن أي مكان بسهولة.

Abstract Information represents an important element and a strategic resource on which institutions depend, relying on a computerized information system that helps them in making decisions, and Kun Construction Company, as a large institution, needs an accounting system that helps in the process of managing construction projects, expenses, workers wages, and other accounting procedures required in such institutions, as The problem lies in the loss of time and effort in the project management process due to the large number of documents and invoices that are made daily for several projects, which makes the matter of managing them difficult and complex, and also the difficulty of obtaining real-time reports on the progress of work in the projects and consequently the difficulty of making the appropriate decision, in terms of the methodology the approach was used Analytical descriptive with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the use of VB.net language in the design and implementation of the system and databases of the type (Sutructure Query Language) (SQL), where the research aimed to save time and cost on managing projects and workers and facilitating cost calculation and expenditures for these projects easily, several results were obtained, the most important of which is that the system saves a lot of time, effort and money in managing projects and helps in accessing information quickly and also contributes to storing and retrieval of data when needed and using it in the decision-making process with high efficiency and with minimal effort. Through it at any time and from anywhere easily.
