تصميم تطبيق للتصويت الالكتروني للانتخابات

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت هذه الدراسة اهمية حوسبة نظام التصويت في الانتخابات وذلك لان عملية التصويت اليدوي (التقليدي) تتعرض الى كثير من المعوقات والمشاكل . ومن اهم المشاكل التي حاولت حلها من خلال هذه الدراسة عمليات التزوير والاحتيال والتلاعب في نتائج الانتخابات وازدحام المراكز والتكلفة العالية لانشاء هذه المراكز والزمن المستغرق في اتمام عملية التصويت . تكمن اهمية البحث في تحويل النظام اليدوي الى نظام الكتروني على شبكة الانترنت مع تقييد عملية التصويت في مراكز مجهزة خصيصا لتشغيل نظام التصويت المحوسب ويتم ادراج اسماء كلا من المرشحين والناخبين عن طريق مدير النظام وايضا ادراج الدوائر الانتخابية وعملية اي تعديل تتم بواسطته وذلك لتحقيق اهداف الحكومة الالكترونية والاستفادة القصوى من التقنيات الحديثة في التصويت الالكتروني ومن اهم هذه الاهداف تسهيل المشاركة في العملية الانتخابية ومواكبة التطورات العالمية بتطبيق الديمقراطية والشفافية وضمان نزاهة الانتخابات وموثوقيتها وقلة تكلفتها . لقد تم استخدام لغة php في بناء تطبيق التصويت الالكتروني وقواعد البيانات مبنية على mysql. وتتم عملية التصويت بواسطة هذا التطبيق بعرض كشوفات لكل من المرشحين والناخبين ويقوم الناخب الذي تنطبق عليه شروط التصويت باختيار اجراءات التصويت في الصفحة الرئيسية للتطبيق باختيار المرشح المعين على حسب نوع الترشح وتعرض له قائمة باسماء المرشحين ويقوم بالضغط على زر التصويت المقابل للمرشح الذي اختاره وتظهر قائمة بمعلومات المرشح ويقوم الناخب بادخال اسمه ورقمه الوطني لاكمال عملية التصويت ويتم التحقق من هويته من خلال الرقم الوطني .

Abstract This study dealt with the importance of computerization of the system of voting in the elections, because the process of voting (manual) traditional subject to many obstacles and problems. The most important problems that I have tried to solve through this study are fraud, fraud, manipulation of election results, overcrowding of centers, high cost of establishing these centers and the time taken to complete the voting process. The importance of the research is to transform the manual system into an electronic system on the Internet while restricting the voting process in specially equipped centers to operate the computerized voting system. The names of both candidates and voters are listed by the system administrator, as well as the inclusion of constituencies and the process of any modification thereof. And make the most of modern techniques in electronic voting. The most important of these goals is to facilitate participation in the electoral process and to keep abreast of global developments by applying democracy and transparency and ensuring the integrity of elections, their reliability and low cost. PHP has been used to build an electronic voting application and databases based on mysql. The voting process shall be done by means of this application by presenting statements to both candidates and voters. The voter who meets the voting conditions shall choose the voting procedures on the main page of the application by selecting the nominee according to the type of candidacy and presenting a list of the names of the candidates and clicking on the voting button corresponding to the candidate of his choice. The candidate shall enter his name and national number to complete the voting process and verify his identity through the national number.
