تقويم مصادر المعلومات بمركزية جامعة الرباط الوطني (السودان)

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة تقويم مصادر معلومات مكتبة جامعة الرباط الوطني المركزية، وهدفت الدراسة إلى إتباع المعايير التي يمكن أن تستخدمها المكتبات في تقويم مصادر معلومات، وكذلك التعرف على إتباع سياسة جيدة للمكتبة وعمل برامج تدريبية لتأهيل العاملين بالمكتبة والعمل على تطوير أداء الموظفين في مكتبة جامعة الرباط الوطني المركزية. وتتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في الحاجة إلى وجود سياسة مكتوبة وواضحة لتنمية مصادر معلومات مكتبة جامعة الرباط الوطني المركزية أدى إلى عدم تحقيق تلك المكتبة لأهدافها. وتبنت الدراسة عدة أسئلة أهمها: ما هي المعوقات التي تواجه تنمية مصادر المعلومات في المكتبات الجامعية، وما هي المعايير التي تتبعها مكتبة جامعة الرباط الوطني لتقويم إجراءات سياسة تنمية مصادر المعلومات، أتبعت الدراسة عدة مناهج وهي المنهج الوثائقي، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج دراسة الحالة. واستأخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات بالإضافة إلى أداة الملاحظة والمقابلة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: عدم توجيه بند مخصص من ميزانية الجامعة للمكتبة الرئيسية، وتأتي الميزانية للمكتبة على هيئة دفعيات من الجامعة، وهنالك نقص في العاملين بالمكتبة مقارنة بعدد مستفيديها بالنسبة لمعايير المكتبات الجامعية مع ملاحظة ازدياد الكليات. وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها: ضرورة وجود دليل إحصائي سنوي متاح للباحثين بأعداد المستفيدين من تلك المكتبة، وضع سياسة واضحة ومكتوبة لتنمية وتقويم مصادر معلومات المكتبة مع مراعاة التحديث المستمر والرقابة الإدارية.

المستخلص باللغة الإنجليزية(Abstract) The study examined the sources of information at the central office Rabat National University. The study aimed at the following the criteria that as well as identifying the library’s god poice of the staff at the National Library of Rabat. Clear policy for the development of the information National university. The study examined of several questions, the most importance of which are: what are the obstacles facing the development of information resource in the university libraries, and what are the criteria following by the library of Rabat National University to evaluate the police of developing the sources of information the study adopted a number of methods, namely documentary approach, analytical descriptive approach and case study methodology. The study used the questionnaire as a key tool gathering information, as well as the observation and interview tool. The study reached to more results of the following important to the university budget is not allocated to the main library. The udget comes to the library in the form of payments from the university there is a shortage of staff in the library compared to the number of it beneficial for university library standard. The study recommended a number of recommendation, the most important of which are: the existence of an annual statistical guide available to researchers in preparing the beneficiaries of this library, developing a clear and written policy for the development and evaluation of library resources.
