هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية وأساليب القيادة لدى العاملين بالجهاز القضائي بولاية الخرطوم، أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتمثل مجتمع البحث في العاملين بالجهاز القضائي بولاية الخرطوم، تم اختيار عينة البحث عن طريق العينة العشوائية المتساوية بطريقة عشوائية، بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (100) عاملاً وعاملة، من مجتمع البحث الكلي الذي يبلغ حوالي (1000) من ولاية الخرطوم للعام 2020- 2021م واستخدم الباحث طرق متعددة في المعالجات الإحصائية تمثلت في اختبار (ت) للمجموعتين المرتبطتين ومعامل ارتباط (بيرسون) ، ومعامل ثبات (الفا كرونباخ). أعتمد الباحث في هذا البحث على المقاييس التالية: مقياس اليقظة العقلية ومقياس أساليب القيادة توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن السمة العامة لليقظة العقلية ولأساليب القيادة لدى العاملين بالجهاز القضائي بولاية الخرطوم جاءت بدرجة أعلى من المتوسط، كما وجد البحث علاقة موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اليقظة العقلية وأساليب القيادة لدى أفراد العينة، كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اليقظة العقلية وأساليب القيادة لدى أفراد العينة تُعزى لمتغير النوع ولصالح الذكور. لم تجد الدراسة فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اليقظة العقلية لدى أفراد العينة تُعزى المستوى التعليمي. بينما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اليقظة العقلية لدى أفراد العينة تُعزى المستوى التعليمي. ولصالح الأعزب، وكذلك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أساليب القيادة لدى أفراد العينة تُعزى المستوى التعليمي ولصالح تعليم مرحلة الأساس. في حين لم تجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أساليب القيادة لدى أفراد العينة تُعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصل إليها البحث: ضرورة اهتمام برنامج الإرشادي يعمل على توجيه العاملين بالجهاز القضائي نحو ممارسة الأنشطة المعززة لليقظة العقلية بما يمكنهم من تنمية قدراتهم العملية والتخلص من ضغوط الحياة المختلفة.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal the relationship between mental alertness and leadership styles among employees of the judicial system in the state of Khartoum. The study (100) male and female workers, from the total research community, which is about (1000) from Khartoum state for the year 2020-2021 AD, and the researcher used multiple methods in statistical treatments represented in the t-test for the two related groups, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the reliability coefficient (Alpha Cronbach) ). In this research, the researcher relied on the following scales: The Mental Vigilance Scale and the Leadership Style Scale. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The general feature of mental alertness and leadership styles among workers in the judicial system in the state of Khartoum came to a degree higher than the average, and the research found a positive statistically significant relationship. Between mental alertness and leadership styles among the sample members, there were also statistically significant differences in mental alertness and leadership styles among the sample members due to the gender variable and in favor of males. The study did not find statistically significant differences in mental alertness among the sample members that are attributed to the educational level. While there were statistically significant differences in mental alertness among the sample members that were attributed to the educational level. In favor of singles, as well as statistically significant differences in the leadership styles of the sample members attributed to the educational level and in favor of basic education. While it did not find statistically significant differences in the leadership styles of the sample members due to the marital status variable. Among the most important recommendations reached by the research: The necessity of paying attention to an indicative program that works to direct the judiciary’s employees towards practicing activities that enhance mental alertness so that they can develop their practical abilities and get rid of the various stresses of life.
