Abstract
ABSTRACT
,The research problem in distinguishing the effective application of
curricula in the training process, and examine the relationship between
the training and technical organizations discussed, and test some
hypotheses formulated by the researcher in order to detect the nature of
the relationship between the training and technical.
The objective in the form of research to identifygtrends in the heads
of training modules, executive direct, and discussed with the trainees,
towards training and its"relationship to art, and tiyingr to -assess the extent
of mismatch between training and technical used in production, and to
identify the reason behind the refusal of some organizations for technical
training or acceptance, and knowledge the foundations and rules used to
determine training needs, and in the implementation and evaluation of
training organizations discussed, and whether these foundations and rules
used consistent and modern developmentstthat occur in the training area?.
Has been developed to search, four assumptions proved correct
through analysis of data from the field, were as follows:
First premise: there is a link between the use of scientific methods based
on modern technology to identify training needs, efficiency and
effectiveness of training and discussed with the trainees.
Second premise: there is a link between the implementation of training
using modern techniques, efficiency and effectiveness of training and
discussed with the trainees.
Third premise: there is a connection between the assessment and
training as interns systems scientific and technical methods and between
efficiency and effectiveness of training and discussed with the trainees,
which would have to improve their performance and increase their skills.
Fourth premise: there is a relation between specific industrial
resettlement of modern technology, efficiency and effectiveness of
training and discussed with the trainees.
l Has been conducting the study of Alboriga state oil company,
Marketing company of electricity, The Libyan cement" company,
Furniture company, and these organizations are all located within the
administrative boundries of the city and geographic Benghazi.,Has been a
systematic study of the situation to achieve the goals of research and
access to the results. i
Method was used descriptive statistics and multiple regression
analysis of data and access to the results of the most important: -
1) The training. in Libya being in isolation from modern
technology, which proves that there is no method of investment
' to train workers, which interfere in its reasons assigned
X technical, which in turn reflected the cost of trainees.
2) The process of identifying training needs organizations are
discussed in isolation from modern technology, there is no use
' of modern technical that help real identification of training
needs, such as using the "Internet and Intranet networks and
infonnation systems, which allow the identification of
bottlenecks by tracking actions (work flow), and the reasons for
those bottlenecks, allowing for training officers to be fillly
aware of the detailed requirement for workers,
In addition, the non-use of non-discussed internal infonnation
network to make them deficient in knowledge of the strengths
and weaknesses of the trainees, identify training needs
accordingly.
Non-use of modern methods of training during the
implementation of training programmes organizations
discussed, including by way of simulation and management
games, and others, due t_o the need of such methods of
advanced technology not available to these organizations, and
this is reflected in the efficiency and effectiveness of training
programs and trainees.
Lack of evaluation process to use modern technology, there is
no use for internal information network (intranet), nor the
foreign information network (internet), which substitutes for
traditional evaluation of monitoring the views of trainers and
trainees after the end of the training programs, and this is what
reduced the efficiency and effectiveness of assessment
programs training and discussed with trainees. ~v '
Despite the ability to link organizations discussed the training
of modern art, but it turned out that there are no motives to the
senior management organizations discussed the resettlement of
this technique,-which is reflected in traditional weak training
programs, and keeping them below the level of simulation of
new industries and technical future. -
Through the results were presented, was adopted several
recommendations including:

Therneed for diversity in the methods used to identify training
needs, and not to rely on one method, which work to be done.
precisely through the use of modern methods based on modern
technology such as the use of Internet and Intranet networks
and information systems, which enable organizations to identify
training needs real factor.
2) The need to implement training programmes which relying to
h technical methods of modern distance training, use of aids for
training such videos and televisions, and use of sofiware
programmed computer and simulation and management
games, and others, which will reflect in the efficiency and
effectiveness of the training programs.
3) The need to use of the new technology to evaluate the training
programs and trainees, like using internet and intranet, which
will permit to the training units the ability to make real judge
about the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs and
trainees.
